Image via New York Post Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘pimp’ and ‘groomer’ Ghislaine Maxwell on Monday was spotted at an In-N-Out burger joint in Universal City, Los Angeles in first photos since Epstein’s death.  Ghislaine, 57, was reading a book titled, “The Book of Honor: The Secret Lives and Deaths of CIA Operatives.” The New York Post reported: The 57-year-old was photographed alive and well Monday at the burger joint’s location in Universal City, Los Angeles.
