A woman who claims she was a sex slave for billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein says she met former vice president Al Gore, according to documents unsealed on Friday.
The documents were made public Friday after a U.S. Court of Appeals upheld a lower court decision to make public more than 2,000 pages of court filings in a since-settled 2015 defamation case brought by Virginia Roberts against Epstein confidant and aide Ghislaine Maxwell.
Roberts “has stated in court papers and multiple interviews that Maxwell recruited her while she was working at Mar-a-Lago,” the Daily Mail reports. “Other famous friends that Roberts said she had met included Heidi Klum and Naomi Campbell, in addition to Gore.”
Roberts has said that in that role she was ‘forced to have sex with … numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister.’Those men do not include Bill Clinton and Donald Trump though, Roberts revealed in an unsealed deposition.
Roberts said in a 2016 deposition that Trump ‘didn’t partake in any sex with us … and never flirted with me.’
She also stated that despite Epstein talking about how the two were friends, she did not recall ever seeing him at the Palm Beach mansion.
Maxwell, 57, is the former girlfriend of Epstein, 66, who is said by Epstein’s employees to run his household, The Telegraph reported.
Mrs Giuffre, also known by her maiden name of Roberts, in 2011 told a British tabloid newspaper that Epstein had held her as a sex slave, lending her out to his rich and famous friends – among them Prince Andrew and famed Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz.
Mr Dershowitz has petitioned for the documents to be made public, arguing that they will clear his name. “I will fight this to the very end. I want the facts to come out,” he said.
Prince Andrew has also strongly denied “any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts” and added: “The allegations made are false and without any foundation.”
Mrs Giuffre said that Ms Maxwell served as his “madam”.
Epstein is a convicted sex offender who served 13 months in jail after pleading guilty to soliciting a minor after striking a deal with prosecutors. He was arrested in early July and charged with sexually assaulting teenage girls from 2002 to 2005.
Former president Clinton, according to a 2016 Fox report citing court documents, flew on Epstein’s plane, dubbed the “Lolita Express,” 26 times. Those trips “included extended junkets around the world with Epstein and fellow passengers identified on manifests by their initials or first names, including ‘Tatiana.’”
The Lolita Express also was “reportedly outfitted with a bed where passengers had group sex with young girls,” Fox reported.
