President Trump delivered a vintage debate performance last night, taking on not only Kamala Harris, but ABC’s two debate monitors, David Muir and Linsey Davis, whose hostile questions and fact-checking primarily, if not exclusively, were directed at the 45th President.   The 45th President displayed a masterclass in polemics to over 50 million viewers – with fair-minded commentators ranking it among one of the President’s best.

There’s much to be cautiously optimistic about down this homestretch of the campaign season, with President Trump’s poll numbers widening almost by the day now over Kamala Harris, whose manufactured honeymoon period now appears to be in the distant past.

More than any other election year since the advent of television has the results of a presidential debate proved so consequential.  As of this writing, President Trump has the momentum on his side.

Americans Are Desperately Waiting For The Greatest Jobs President Ever To Return To The White House Last week’s jobs report by the Bureau of Labor Statistics presented an absolutely nightmarish scenario for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.  Based on the report, the economy lost over 438,000 full-time jobs, continuing a harrowing trend of paltry job growth since mid-June of last year.  Outside of government services, virtually no new jobs were created whatsoever.  Perhaps most distressing of all, a staggering 1.3 million native-born American jobs, across every demographic group, have been lost over the past year.  Meanwhile, 1.2 million jobs have been created for foreign-born workers, a significant portion of these being illegal laborers, who have flooded our country to the tune of tens of millions as a result of the catastrophic immigration policies of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

The political and legal world was taken by storm on Thursday when a video of SDNY Chief of Public Affairs, Nicholas Biase, surfaced on X, the social media platform, in which Biase criticized the “nonsense” lawfare being waged by Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, and Fani Willis against President Donald Trump.  The DOJ spokesman denounced these witch-hunts as a “perversion,” “travesty,” and “mockery” of the justice system, calling them “disgusting” and “nonsense” attempts to tarnish the reputation of an innocent man, in order to acquire notoriety and fame in the process.

September has officially arrived.  With the change in the calendar, the air in many regions of the country has already gotten noticeably crisper.  Autumn looms.   And as swift as the seasonal tides have changed, so too has the momentum in this presidential contest.

The takeaway of any honest viewer of Kamala Harris’ much-lambasted interview with CNN’s Dana Bash this past week is that of someone overwhelmed – burdened, one might say – by the stresses of campaigning, and for that reason, wholly unsuited to the office that she seeks.  Even though the Left would beg to differ, one can still level a criticism against a so-called “person of color” that is not based on race or gender, but rather, stands alone as an objective assessment of the candidate’s performance.

Kamala Harris is a slick political opportunist, who will say and do anything that is required of her to win the general election.

By now, it should be common knowledge that Kamala Harris has been serving as Joe Biden’s “border czar” for much of the past four years.  In this role, she owns the disaster at the border more than any other Biden administration official, including the president himself.  Since taking office in January of 2021, more than ten million illegal aliens have unlawfully penetrated the US-Mexico border.  These border crossers have brought untold amounts of illegal drugs, like fentanyl, and violent crime, including homicide, rape, and human trafficking, that have propelled the crime figures in virtually every major American city to the highest recorded rates ever.   Women and children have been disproportionately harmed by the Biden-Harris open border; stories like Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, and Jocelyn Nungaray – all young American women with years of life still to go, murdered in cold blood by an illegal who should never in a million

What better way to derail the momentum of an overall lackluster Democratic National Convention than to have the greatest third-party challenger for the presidency of the last three decades, who just so happened to be a member of America’s most famous Democratic political dynasty, endorse the Republican candidate for President of the United States: Donald J.

President Trump has a 3-point lead over Kamala Harris, according to the results of this week’s Rasmussen poll.

Not that it needed to be repeated, but the Democratic Party’s agenda now being rolled out at this week’s convention includes some of the most radical ever seen from a major political party in American history.  Kamala Harris, whose father was a Marxist economist, has embraced a smorgasbord of socialist policies, ranging from price controls to sky-high taxes on ‘unrealized capital gains,’ to even more mass migration – all with the apparent design to put Maduro’s Venezuela or Castro’s Cuba to shame.  If not that, what else?

The specter of 82-year-old Biden opening a half-empty Democratic National Convention alongside 76-year-old Hillary Clinton, whose obvious envy of the prospect that not she but another woman would be coronated Democratic nominee was a pathetic, borderline tragic, display of the party that once produced such giants like Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt, and John F.

At long last, the Kamala Honeymoon appears to be flaming out.

  Donald Trump’s X Space last Monday with Elon Musk, in which the 45th President sat-down with the world’s richest man for a sprawling, nearly 3-hour long conversation reminiscent of a sort of high-tech fireside chat of an earlier age, was in every sense of the term, record-breaking.  The wide-ranging discussion that touched on everything from the assassination attempt on President Trump’s life, to electric vehicles and energy policy, to the prospect of nuclear war – was noteworthy for its substance and depth.

On Monday, in yet another affront to America’s justice system, the Department of Justice sentenced a 72-year-old woman to a half year house arrest, with restrictions on her internet use, 12 month probation, and a $103,000 fine.  Rebecca Lavrenz, who is known as the “J6 praying grandma,” never committed a violent crime, let alone a felony.  Before January 6th, 2021, she had a squeaky-clean record without so much as a speeding ticket.  Now, she is, in the blistering words of the government, “a threat to future acts of political violence like that which engulfed the nation on January 6.” Despite that ominous rhetoric, it’s unclear – even with having read the Government’s recently issued Sentencing Memo several times over thoroughly – just, what, precisely, she did.

Donald Trump continues to be a portrait of calm, cool, and collectedness in an election season full of insane hysterics.

Unsurprisingly, Big Tech is once again repeating their fabled 2020 playbook in boosting the Democrat over the Republican in this year’s presidential race.  And of all the companies, Google has once again been the worst culprit.  The Silicon Valley-based company has spearheaded the charge in trafficking deceptive misinformation and outright propaganda, pulling all its weight behind Kamala Harris, and manufacturing a narrative around her that she is performing far better in the polls and on the campaign trail than President Trump, which could not be further from the truth.

Kamala Harris has always been a weak candidate, and it is imperative Republican voters never lose sight of that fact, even as the mainstream media enters overdrive and hypes her to the moon.  At first blush her candidacy, which in recent weeks has been buoyed by fake news and inflated polls combined with contrived optics – make it appear as if a groundswell of support exists in the real world.   But that could not be further from the truth.

On Monday, the Biden-Harris regime rolled out perhaps its most extreme policy yet – a fundamental transformation of the nation’s highest court that seeks to neuter it root and branch of political independence, converting it into yet another cog that would irremediably carry out the marching orders of the Democratic Party’s leftmost flank.

This week’s swap-out of Joe Biden for Kamala Harris provides a nice opportunity to remind everyone of the need to batten down the hatches for election integrity efforts.

Over the coming months, the media industrial complex will be working on overdrive trying to convince the American public that Kamala Harris is not just a viable candidate but a once-in-a-generation talent whose victory in November is not only possible, but a foregone conclusion.  Don’t buy the hype.

Although we’re still in the early stages of the so-called “Kamala Harris campaign,” initial polling would suggest President Trump does as well, if not better, in a head-to-head contest against the vice president as he did against Joe Biden.

Kamala Harris has been an active participant in a conspiracy to cover up Joe Biden’s health maladies for years, which came to a head on Sunday with a shocking resignation letter that was posted on X (formerly known as ), where Biden declared that he would not seek re-election.  The letter all but vindicates criticisms that anyone with eyes to see have been making about Biden’s health effectively since the day he took office.

A stolen election.  An FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago.  Countless investigations.  Four federal indictments.  A show trial and phony conviction.  And now an assassination attempt on his life.

Once Republicans return from the RNC, which is being held next week in Milwaukee, they must join Rep.

Across the land, Democratic operatives are actively conniving behind the scenes to further undermine our democratic institutions by opening the floodgates for potentially tens of millions of illegals to vote in this November’s election.  If any issue unites Americans, it would be the crisis at the border.

One is hard-pressed to imagine a better case scenario for President Trump a week out from the Republican National Convention, which is set to formally begin on July 15.

Whether Joe Biden will drop out of the presidential race has quickly become the most important question of this year’s race, ever since his disastrous performance at last week’s presidential debate finally put both his party and the world on notice about the sheer magnitude of his decline.  Although most Republicans have been aware of Joe’s condition for a while now – really, ever since he decided to run for president from his aware basement four years ago, the Democrats – as well as their apparatchiks in the mainstream media, like CNN and The New York Times – have finally shone the spotlight on this escalating dilemma.  And it’s not like they have much choice: Biden’s cognitive impairment is undeniable, there’s no two ways about it.  many other eighty-year-olds, he is an octogenarian with dementia.

Four years ago, America was being ransacked by Antifa and BLM from coast to coast, bringing cities like Portland and Minneapolis to near-ruin in what were some of the most destructive riots and darkest months in our nation’s history.

There was no question who came out victorious after Thursday evening’s debate.  On policy after policy, from the economy to the border to foreign policy, President Trump hit it out of the park.

In 2016, one of the issues that helped calm the nerves of ambivalent conservatives and get them to support President Trump, whom they perceived as an insurgent populist with questionable positions on social issues like abortion, was his commitment to selecting judges on a list provided by the Federalist Society.  The Federalist Society has long been considered a trusted authority, especially for conservative lawyers.  For years it was customary to believe that any judge that had the FedSoc stamp of approval was worthy of an appointment to the federal judiciary.  This was because FedSoc was supposed to stand for textualism and originalism, a faithful adherence to the Constitution’s intended meaning – its judges were widely perceived to be among the cream of the crop.

His Excellency, The Most Reverend Carlo Maria Viganò, Archbishop of Ulpiana, has been summoned into Rome by Vatican officials to face an extrajudicial hearing – what is in effect a trial – tomorrow for accusations of schism from the church of Pope Francis.

Steve Bannon is scheduled to go to prison on July 1st, based on a court order, for defying a subpoena issued by the unlawfully constituted January 6th Committee several years ago.

A general sense of fatalism about the prospect of Donald Trump’s impending return to the White House seems to have swept over the mainstream media – and is the subject of much behind the scenes chatter in Washington’s corridors of power.  We now are almost in July.

We are now a little over two weeks away from President Trump’s sentencing, scheduled for July 11th at 10:30 AM Eastern Time in New York City.

Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures.

President Trump is on a historic tear in the weeks since his charade of a show trial ended.  Over the past ten days, he made pit stops to Las Vegas, Washington, D.C., Racine, Wisconsin, and various locations in Michigan, culminating with a bedazzling speech at a Turning Point USA event in Detroit on Saturday.

So much attention this year has been deservedly placed on this November’s all-important presidential contest between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.  But there are countless other critical races for House and Senate seats whose outcomes are every bit as important because they will decide how easily President Trump can begin implementing his agenda from the get-go.

For a variety of reasons, the United States Supreme Court has a constitutional obligation to take up President Trump’s criminal case following his unlawful conviction in New York state court.

Biden and his Democratic allies were in for a crude awakening in the aftermath of last week’s sham guilty verdict against President Trump, the byproduct of a kangaroo trial that denied the leading man to be America’s next president due process rights and his freedom of expression.

President Donald Trump is back in court today on Tuesday for closing arguments in Alvin Bragg’s show trial in New York City.

The Patriot Freedom Project, a nonprofit organization founded by Cynthia Hughes, is dedicated to advocating for January 6th political prisoners and their families.  As part of its broader advocacy mission, the PFP recently produced a three-part documentary, “Due Process Denied,” which highlights the often harrowing and tragic stories of the J6 victims and their families.  The third and final installment of Due Process Denied viscerally recounts how the persecution of the J6 victims is representative of a much deeper constitutional crisis afflicting our society at large.

Alvin Bragg is attempting to charge President Trump with a Class E felony, which is a crime under New York state law.  Felonies are typically crimes punishable by more than a year in prison.  We know by now that Bragg’s case is riven with errors – and it remains inexplicable why, to the extent President Trump has violated any criminal statute at all, he is still being charged with a felony, rather than a misdemeanor.  Of course, the reality is that President Trump committed no crime.  But even the statute that Alvin Bragg has cited to base his alleged theory of liability, Penal Law § 175.10, expressly states “a person is guilty of falsifying business … in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.”  Bragg must not have the attention span (or intelligence)

At no other time in President Trump’s political career have his poll numbers been as good as they are now.  Not at this stage of the campaign in 2020, not even in 2016.  Currently, President Trump commands a significant lead – somewhere between 2 and 6 points, per the RCP average – over Joe Biden in the national polls.  Good as those numbers are, they belie even better results when broken down by swing state: according to the latest RCP figures, the 45th President beats Biden by 4 and 12 points in the seven most competitive battleground states this cycle: Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia.

With week four of the Alvin Bragg show trial in the books, it is now crystal clear (if somehow it already wasn’t) that the New York District Attorney has no case.  As it stands, the two star witnesses for the prosecution – Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen – proved cataclysmic; so much so that even liberal talking heads like Anderson Cooper and Alyssa Farah fretted on networks like CNN, saying they would acquit President Trump of all allegations given just how bad Cohen’s testimony was.

With news of the recent departure of RINO RNC General Counsel, Charlie Spies, there is now a prime opening for the next General Counsel to lay down a truly bold, MAGA-aligned agenda to ensure the election procedures and laws are as fortified and secure as possible in the lead-up to the 2024 election.

President Trump’s rally on Saturday in Wildwood, New Jersey was historic for a number of reasons.  Its record-breaking, 100,000+ turnout was the largest political event in New Jersey history – and quite possibly, the largest presidential rally ever, at least in modern times.  Perhaps even more remarkable is the fact that such an historic turnout occurred in deep-blue New Jersey, a state that has not voted for a Republican president since George H.W.

A great deal so far has been written about how President Trump will dramatically overhaul and scale back the administrative state when he becomes President again in November.  Such a move, if successful, would restore a great deal of legitimacy to democratic lawmakers, particularly in Congress – and the President himself – who will be less hamstrung by the subversive ideologies and agendas of career Washington bureaucrats.

A lesser man staring down a criminal conviction, even on utterly bogus charges, might break under the stress of the event, or succumb to doubt and despair.  But Donald Trump, as the saying goes, is made of sterner stuff.  This stuff was readily on display Thursday morning in Midtown when he was greeted to a hero’s welcome before a litany of construction workers, representing the Steamfitters Union 638.  Close to a thousand union workers, many of them still registered Democrats, arrived at the crack of dawn – before the President’s scheduled court proceeding – to serenade the President with a traditional New York homecoming.

Between judicially disqualifying conflicts of interests to overbroad gag orders that outrageously violate President Trump’s First Amendment rights as a criminal defendant, the President’s lawyers have multiple grounds on which to appeal this present show trial, which makes a mockery of the rule of law currently underway in lower Manhattan.

The current House Speaker is cut from the same cloth as Mike Pence: a tergiversating weakling who always fails to stand for America First when push comes to shove.

Judge Merchan’s emotionally deranged and irresponsibly overbroad gag order, issued in two separate installments, the second building off the first, is both dangerous and unprecedented for its sweeping scope.  It severely infringes on President Trump’s fundamental rights protected under the First Amendment to speak, and, wherever appropriate, criticize the trial proceeding as he sees fit.  It is well-settled law that prior restraints on speech, of which gag orders are the textbook example, are – in the overwhelming majority of cases – unconstitutional as a form of government censorship.

The weaponization of the rule of law has reached a point beyond repair in New York State, with the ongoing trial being waged by District Attorney Alvin Bragg against President Donald Trump.  Even at this late hour, the State has failed to prove 1) how President Trump falsified business records; 2) how the alleged falsification of the business records scheme was criminal; and 3) why that alleged crime should be prosecuted as a felony, rather than a misdemeanor, which is the typical charge for falsification schemes under New York State Law.
