No President EVER hand signs the mail and probably ever since WW1 parents were notified by either FORM telegrams of these FORM letters. Will you give us all a break from this senselessness ?

#7 Marge, not true. President Bush met every single family that lost a son or daughter in the war while he was president. And he signed all his letters to those families.
