HERE WE GO… Gloria Allred In Boston Court – Attempts to Unseal Romney Testimony

On Friday Drudge teased that far left sensationalist Gloria Allred was about to drop a bomb on the Romney Campaign.

Allred has a reputation of dragging perceived female victims in front of the camera as props to bash Republican candidates. In October 2010 Allred dragged out illegal alien Nicki Diaz to attack heartless Meg Whitman. Minaj was upset Whitman didn’t buy her child a present and claimed Meg took advantage of her despite the fact she made a good wage. In November 2011 she dragged out Sharon Bialek who accused Herman Cain of sexual abuse.

Allred is heading to court tomorrow in Boston in an attempt to unseal the sworn testimony of Republican Mitt Romney.

Famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred will be in a Boston area courtroom Wednesday in an attempt to unseal the sworn testimony given by Republican Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, in a prior court case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

“The Boston Globe is headed to court tomorrow morning for an emergency hearing in an attempt to obtain a court order to unseal the sworn testimony given by Mitt Romney in a prior court case and to lift a gag order so that the parties can speak about Romney. Gloria Allred will be in court representing one of the parties in the case,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.

The emergency hearing will take place at the Norfolk Probate & Family Court in Canton, Massachusetts, and Justice Jennifer Ulwick will oversee the proceedings which will begin at 9 a.m. EST.

As previously reported, Drudge Report founder and respected politico, Matt Drudge, tweeted Thursday: “Here she comes. Hearing Gloria Allred out there again, about to make a move. After all, it’s her time of the campaign. Team O at the ready!!”

It was previously speculated that Allred’s October surprise involved Carrel Hilton Sheldon, a former Mormon.

As Glenn Reynolds says: “If your only hope is Gloria Allred, you’re pretty desperate.”

Lol, and why would the court unseal documents 2 weeks before an election in an obvious hit job? Nah, this won’t happen.

The judge who unseals the documents would be laughed out of town.

Is this the story where Romney convinced the woman to keep her child instead of aborting it 25 years ago? So Romney saved a life? Horrible!

Other than politics why is this an emergency exactly? Why does the movie maker sit in jail for months awaiting for a court date, but this has to be done tomorrow?

This is a replay of 2004! Deja Vu all over again! Of course, Obama & Co got the Chicago Tribune to go after the divorce paper of his Senate opponent in Illinois! The records were unsealed and Jack Ryan soon dropped out of the race! Classic Obama strong arm tactics!

So what happened to Nicki Diaz, the self-proclaimed illegal alien?

When that big toad, Napolitano, was asked about her during an interview she said, “That’s up to California.” So, apparently immigration law is in state hands when they welcome illegals, but in the federal hands when they try to control the invasion as Arizona did. I hope many of these people in the 0 administration are prosecuted when finally 0 is voted out.

As for Allred, she needs to be a defendant in several somethings.

Even if a judge won’t order the records unsealed, the left will probably have the usual questions. You know. What is he (Romney) hiding? Why are the records sealed? Just come out and tell us what your testimony was or is it so damaging to your candidacy you can’t talk about it? Forget about the gag order. The people have a right to know.

You all know how they operate.

They’ll be hoping that just a cloud of suspicion will derail his candidacy. It’s all they have left.

Don’t know how, but Barry’s not-so-clever use of Mittnesia may be part of this scam.

This means Allred is having difficulties putting this hit together. She only has one party willing to play her game. …The Herman Cain Hoes came forward easily without going to court…and they told their story despite court gag orders by speaking through back door 3rd parties. That has not happened here….Romney has better lawyers than Cain………Gloria also has to make her desparate play in the State where Romney was governor and appointed a number of justices.

Look up the record of the Hartford Courant’s unsuccessful extreme obsession to unseal the divorce records of Republican candidate for Governor John Rowland of CT back in the 90s……..They took the matter to court and LOST…but Romney has to deal with David Axelgrease and his ability to purchase the cooperation of judges.
