Arizona Supreme Court Delivers Crushing Blow to Maricopa Board of Supervisors

The Arizona Supreme Court on Tuesday delivered a crushing blow to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors when it ended a Court of Appeals stay and reinstated a superior court’s injunctions, with modifications, that returned election-administration responsibilities of the county’s elections back to the County Recorder, Justin Heap.

“Free and Fair Election” Nonprofit Criticizes Former Trump Election Attorney to Democrat Lawmakers

F Kurt Olsen, the former lead adviser to President Trump on election security, is being criticized by a “catalyzing leader in the country” who proclaims to be “fighting for free and fair elections” in a letter sent to Democrat lawmakers.  The organization, Free Speech For People (FSFP), sent the letter to 11 Democrat lawmakers “to address the deeply troubling, corrosive, and unlawful employment of Kurt Olsen” and his former role as a Special Government Employee.  Specifically, FSFP points to “activities with respect to voting systems” and Olsen’s “access to copies of election system software.” FSFP co-founder and President, John Bonifaz, has previously expressed concern about that same voting software coming from a “foreign-controlled company” that has “ties to the Venezuelan government” in a letter still available on nist.gov, the National Institute of Standards and Technology website.

In October of 2024, former Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer entered into an agreement with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (Board) to shift certain election duties away from the Recorder’s office and to the Board.  This was done months after Justin Heap defeated Richer in the July 30th, 2024, Republican Primary for Maricopa County Recorder, and one month before Heap won the November 5th election to succeed Richer.

Fulton County Election Investigation Update: Evidentiary Hearing Yesterday on Motion to Claw Back FBI-Seized Evidence

  In January, the FBI executed a search warrant on the Fulton County Elections Hub and Operations Center and seized over 650 boxes of election materials from the 2020 election.  The warrant was approved by a federal magistrate judge and based primarily on evidence from two Georgia State Election Board complaints.  The Gateway Pundit has extensively covered those two complaints over the past four years.

  On Wednesday, the Georgia State Election Board held a hearing during which Joe Rossi, co-author of the now-famous SEB Complaint 2023-025, was afforded the opportunity to finally present a rebuttal to a previously-heard report from the Secretary of State’s office in May 2024.  During that May hearing, neither Rossi nor co-author Kevin Moncla were afforded an opportunity to rebut the report to the SEB.
