Last week, a committee in the Colorado legislature voted along party lines to “postpone indefinitely” a bill that would have mandated sentencing minimums for convicted buyers of children for sexual exploitation.  Surprising or not, the vote was on party lines despite the bill being co-sponsored by members of both parties, with the Democrats all voting against the passage of the bill to send it to the Appropriations Committee.

The government loves putting people on “lists.”  They want a list of the vaccinated.  A list of gun-owners.  A list of individuals who make purchases involving the terms “MAGA” and “Trump”.  And now, in Michigan, legislators and the attorney general are pushing for a list of parents who homeschool their children.  But even more Orwellian, the dog-whistle is the possibility of “warrantless searches” for those who decide to homeschool their children in the Great Lakes State, according to one State Board of Education member.

Last night, Nancy Pelosi joined former White House Press Secretary-turned-pundit Jen Psaki on MSNBC to attack President Donald Trump, implying that Russian President Vladimir Putin has something that “sure seems financial” over the Republican front-runner.

Earlier this week, The Gateway Pundit published a report from CISA regarding the buildup to the 2020 Election.  The report, titled “Election Infrastructure Subsector Cyber Risk Summary”, was incredibly damning.  For starters, it was not meant for “us” to see.  “Us” meaning tax-paying citizens who are compelled to ‘trust us’ (meaning the Feds and NGOs) when it comes to our elections.

Last week, The Gateway Pundit reported on Craig Callaway’s recent indictment in Atlantic City, NJ for “procuring, casting, and tabulating fraudulent ballots.”  The former Atlantic City council president was caught allegedly paying New Jersey residents $30 to $50 to “act as authorized messengers and request mail-in ballots for voters whom they’d never met.” The alleged crime took place during the 2022 mid-term election when Callaway was paid $65,500 by Rep.

During the run-up to the 2020 Presidential Election, election processes were changed to roll out “no excuse mail-in voting.”  Some states even went as far as sending ballots to every voter on the voter registration roll.  Most of these changes were made without the consent of the state legislatures, as mandated by the US Constitution in Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1.

  A Democrat operative and former Atlantic City council president was arrested last Thursday, February 1st, after being the alleged mastermind of a mail-in ballot fraud operation in the New Jersey city.  The alleged individual, Craig Callaway, was working at the time for the Jeff Van Drew re-election campaign.  The former Democrat-turned-Republican in 2020 denied any knowledge of the operation.

  On Saturday, Joe Biden spoke at the First in the Nation Dinner in Columbia, South Carolina.  As reported by The Gateway Pundit, South Carolina replaced Iowa this election season as the “first voting state” for the Democrat primaries.  Also in the report was some atrocious gaffes from Biden, including referring to President Trump as “the sitting President”.

                  Last week, the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability held a hearing to vote for recommendations on whether or not to hold Hunter Biden in contempt for refusing to comply with a Congressional subpoena.  They eventually voted in favor of recommending Hunter for contempt charges to the full House.

  On Tuesday, the six-years-long federal case Curling v Raffensperger finally began.  The case aims to move the Peach State away from the voting machines that create an unverifiable paper ballot where a voter’s intent is read through a QR code rather than the filled-in circles.

On Tuesday, the almost 7-years long pending federal case challenging the use of election machines in the State of Georgia will begin.  And one name will be notably absent from the witnesses called to testify:  the chief election supervisor, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Harrison Floyd was among the 19 individuals indicted in Georgia in the racketeering case brought by the politically charged Fulton County District Attorney.  But after Floyd turned himself in on August 24th, 2023, he would become the only one of the 19 who was initially denied bail.

Last month, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled in a 4-3 decision to keep President Trump off the 2024 Primary ballot in the state.  The Colorado high court has been the only court to rule this way out of several decided or dismissed in other states.

Earlier this month, the Georgia House Appropriations Committee convened to review budgets for the Fiscal Year 2025.  During the hearing, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger began his plea for millions of dollars more for the voting machines and election systems that Georgia tax-payers just purchased for $107 million in 2019.

Last Wednesday, the Wisconsin legislature’s Committee on d Revenue, Elections, and Consumer Protection held a hearing regarding several bills, including Senate Bill 685 and Assembly Bill 567.  These two bills would require municipalities to begin canvassing absentee ballots on the day before the election at 7am, noon, and 8pm, as well as on election day at the same times.  The bills would also eliminate central counting for municipalities that use electronic voting machines and require the canvassing be done at individual polling places.

In 2005, former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker famously co-chaired the Commission on Federal Election Reform, calling into question the potential for fraud via mail-in ballots.  In the midst of calls for “universal mail-in balloting” and “no excuse absentee” prior to the 2020 Presidential Election, it was “fraught with fraud and coercion,” as then-Attorney General Bill Barr told Wolf Blitzer on CNN’s The Situation Room back in September 2020.

On December 7th, Hunter Biden was indicted on nine charges relating to tax evasion for failing to pay income taxes on “millions of dollars in income” from 2016-2020.  These charges are in addition to three federal gun charges that were filed in September 2023.  In total, the charges could result in more than a decade of prison time for Joe Biden’s son.

Today, Ron DeSantis and his wife, Casey, joined Martha MacCallum on FOX News to discuss the upcoming Iowa Caucus where DeSantis currently trails Nikki Haley by 7% and Donald Trump by 57%.  During the interview, Casey encouraged voters to come from across the country to “be a part of” and “participate in” the Iowa Caucus.

On Friday afternoon, there was a draft resolution brought by the United Arab Emirates, and co-sponsored by 97 countries, calling for an “immediate humanitarian ceasefire” in the Israel-Hamas war.  The United States was the only “No” vote, while 13 other members of the UN Security Council voted “Yes”.  The UK voted to abstain.

The former general registrar of Prince William County, Virginia, Michele White, was arrested in September 2022 on two felonies and a misdemeanor relating to the 2020 election:  election officer neglect duty (24.2-10001), Election officer corrupt conduct (24.2-1001) and False statement on required form (24.2-1016).

Today, The House Judiciary Committee subpoenaed two key players in the Biden regime’s censorship on social media.

Yesterday, President Trump’s legal team submitted a motion to compel discovery in the Washington DC case in which he is charged with conspiring to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election.  Trump’s attorneys state that the case in Washington DC “reflects little more than partisan advocacy designed to sabotage President Trump’s leading campaign for the 2024 Presidential Election.” On October 26th, 2023, Trump’s legal team submitted a Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA) Notice and Objection to Unauthorized etions of Classified Information objecting to certain redactions in certain classified discovery items: “…the Special Counsel’s Office argued that “the classified discovery issues” in this case are “limited,” “tangential,” “narrow,” and “incidental” because the charges…do not rely on classified materials.” To which Trump’s counsel responded: “…the government appears to have looked with tunnel vision at limited issues it believed were relevant.” and that “The Indictment in this case adopts classified assessments by the Intelligence Community and

Chicago’s mayor, Brandon Johnson, and other local officials have come under immense scrutiny over the city’s disastrous “sanctuary city” status in the wake of Joe Biden’s reversal of successful Trump policies on the border, such as “remain in Mexico.” The Biden regime’s failure has resulted in over 5.8 million illegal crossings thus far, including hundreds of suspected terrorists.  And those are only the ones we know about.

Last August, Harrison Floyd, the former leader of Black Voices for Trump, was among those indicted in the Fani Willis RICO case against President Donald Trump.  Floyd was accused with three counts:  Count 1, the “RICO” count, and Counts 30 and 31, “conspiracy to commit solicitation of false statements and writings” and “influencing a witness”.  Floyd was on the phone during an interview between Trevian Kutti, a co-defendant, and a Fulton County poll-worker that took place at a Cobb County police department at the poll workers request.

On November 13, ABC News reported that they obtained portions of video from interviews held with Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell, two of the indicted individuals in the Fani Willis RICO case.  Both have recently taken plea deals with Powell pleading to six misdemeanors instead of the seven felonies she was initially charged with.  Ellis pleaded to one felony count of “aiding and abetting false statements and writings” instead of two felony charges, including Count 1, the racketeering charge.

In November 2022, The Gateway Pundit reported that a Dallas County polling location randomly began to increment voters on the ES&S ExpressPoll pollbooks.  As the polls were getting ready to close for the November 8th, 2022 election, poll workers in Dallas County noticed that their E-Pollbooks were adding hundreds of checked-in voters at a time.  This took place sporadically for about 15 minutes, with all of the devices settling on inflated numbers.

Yes, there is still a pending lawsuit regarding the 2020 Presidential Election in Fulton County.  Favorito et al v Wan et al was filed back in December 2020 in the Fulton County Superior Court but was abruptly dismissed in October 2021 for issues over standing.  The plaintiffs appealed and eventually had the dismissal overturned after the Georgia Supreme Court ruled on a key case, Henry County Board of Commissioners v Sons of Confederate Veterans, that ensured voters do have standing to bring a case.

Georgia’s elections are riddled with issues.  Since the implementation of the new voting system in the Peach State, multiple counties have “discovered” extra votes in the 2020 Presidential Election during their mid-November 2020 hand recount.  This included 2,600 votes “discovered” in Floyd County, more than 2,700 votes in Fayette County, 284 in Walton, and 293 in Douglas County.  Investigative journalist Heather Mullins was on the ground in Floyd County and interviewed Elections officials about the discrepancy as it was happening: Floyd County, GA: After a FULL day of rescanning, counting, & software techs troubleshooting, election officials (while VERY transparent), still had NO answer as to what caused 2700 votes to go uncounted.

“Vote flipping” is a term that, unfortunately, has become too familiar over the last several years.  In the 2020 Presidential Election, Antrim County, MI infamously flipped votes to award the county to Joe Biden.  It was caught and follow-up count “flipped” the county back to President Trump.  However, three more counts took place and, in the end, all five counts all had different results (the last two counts were different in the US Senate race).

On Friday, attorneys for Harrison Floyd as well as counsel for the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office and Fulton County convened for a hearing over a Motion to Quash subpoenas submitted by the defense.  It was also, coincidentally, the three-year anniversary of “the most secure” election “in American History”, according to then-CISA Director Christopher Krebs and harped by mainstream Mockingbird outlets.

Earlier this month, Hamas terrorists reportedly crossed one of the most secure borders in the world and unleashed murder and destruction on Israeli citizens for up to seven hours before the IDF was able to mount any sort of reasonable response.  The Shin Bet, one of the most advanced intelligence agencies in the world, has since taken responsibility for the lack of warning before and during the breach of Hamas terrorists.

Democrats and Establishment Republicans have been relentless in their pursuit to keep President Trump off the 2024 ballot.  They are trying in New Hampshire.  They are trying in Arizona.  They are trying in Minnesota.  They have failed in Florida.   And the US Supreme Court has rejected a ballot access case from failed Texas politician and candidate for the Presidency John Anthony Castro.

Crime in California is rampant.  There is no question.  Last month, The Gateway Pundit’s Kristinn Taylor reported that over 200 businesses in Oakland went on strike as the city reported over 10,000 stolen cars in just nine months.  In August, TGP’s Cassandra MacDonald wrote about a California councilman that was robbed while talking to business owners about crime rates.

Did hell just freeze over?  Joe Biden, in some form or fashion, has joined President Trump’s social media platform Social today.  The Biden campaign account, BidenHQ, ed for the first time this afternoon:   The account currently has 1.25k followers and is following just one account:  @RealDonaldTrump (although this is probably default setting).  Podcaster and citizen journalist Behizy appears to be the first to respond on the Biden page by saying “The 2020 election was rigged and Trump won”: The Biden campaign just posted its first Social post, and I just became the first person to welcome them to the platform pic.twitter.com/UdYy6iGxrN — George (@Behizys) October 16, 2023   The follow-up from the Biden camp takes a shot at President Trump using a clip from Ron DeSantis regarding adding $7.8T to the national debt.  The post doesn’t consider the $3.1 trillion added during the “pandemic”.

America First Legal (AFL), headed by former Trump Senior Advisor Stephen Miller, has won a “key procedural victory in its lawsuit to stop the Biden Administration from violating the Taylor Force Act by subsidizing terrorism with American tax dollars.” The small but meaningful victory in the case, brought by Rep.

Inflation in Argentina just hit a record-high 138%.  It has continued to skyrocket since the country defaulted on a record-setting $57-billion “relief package” issued by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2018.  A payment default in May of 2020 couldn’t have come at a worse time.  As country’s were shutting down for the global “pandemic”, Argentina failed to make a $500-million loan payment and cut the country off from access to many finance options.
