Terrific! GOP Releases Obama Excuses Ad “From Hope to Hypocrisy”

In the past three years Barack Obama has blamed the sputtering economy on weather… Europe… an earthquake… bad luck… the tea party… the internet and Congress.
You get the picture – It’s not his fault… ever.

This week the GOP released “From Hope to Hypocrisy” in response to Obama’s lack of personal responsibility.

   I am not making any excuses but I caused the Biggest Recession since the Great Depression and I am proud of it! I maxed out the Taxpayer’s credit card. I spent billions on 0bamacare and then I handed out a fist full of waivers to my cronies. My cronies needed to be paid off.

   Hum, I still can’t see the teleprompter. Is it burned out? OK. I’ll just wing it. I am good at that.

   Let me be clear, I stopped oil drilling because my Saudi cronies want to sell their oil without any competition. They paid $20 million to get me through Harvard and got my Connecticut drivers license. Cronies need to be paid too!

   Heck, I even took so many jumbo jet vacations I have lost count. I buried this country in debt. But, what do you expect from a guy who never had a job or paid any taxes.

   The way I look at it is American is a big Cookie jar to dip you hand in and pluck out the goodies before you get caught.

   I even have GAO and Eric Holder in my pocket. Hillary taught me how to buy off important people. It works! Bill is still hanging out in the White House on the taxpayer’s dime.

   But, it is not my fault. Ask David Axelrod. It is the fault of dumb people who I bribed to elect me. It has been fun driving the Tax payer into the ditch.

   My limousine is belching fumes and I have told Barney Frank that there will be no more freebies. Ha, ha, catch me it you can!

    the concept is good but the execution is weak. not everybody closely follows every story like those of us who visits sites like this one do. disavowing solyndra, for instance, is not going to have any resonance with somebody who didn’t hear obama’s previous touting of its success or doesn’t know how much of their tax money was wasted on it. obama has given us plenty to throw back in his face, but it has to be spelled out more clearly for maximum impact.
