“Whomever speaks ill of this flag, we will cut out his tongue.”
Al-Qaeda plants its flag on the Benghazi Courthouse.

Al-Qaeda planted its flag above the courthouse in Benghazi, Libya last month.

Now this…
The Libyan Transitional government will send a delegation to Iran soon.
Fars News reported:

Vice-Chairman of Libya’s National Transitional Council Abdel Hafiz Ghoga appreciated Iran for its supports and aid to his North African nation, and announced that a delegation of NTC members will visit Tehran in the near future in a bid to discuss expansion of ties and cooperation between the two Muslim states.

“We received abundant humanitarian aid from Iran and appreciate these supports and assistance,” Ghoga told FNA on Monday.

He described the recent daylong visit to Tripoli by Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi and his accompanying delegation as positive and fruitful, and said the NTC will soon reciprocate Salehi’s trip by sending a delegation to Tehran in the near future.

Ghoga disclosed no more details on the issue.

Salehi visited Libya on Thursday to meet the country’s interim government officials on bilateral ties and the fate of Shiite Cleric Imam Musa Sadr.

Last Tuesday, the newly appointed Libyan Prime Minister, Abdel Rahim al-Keib, welcomed Salehi’s visit to his country, and called for the expansion of the bilateral relations between Tehran and Tripoli.

  1. Would someone please explain to me why our “commander in chief” is spending our blood and treasure to SUPPORT the takeover of the Middle East by Iran and al Queda?

  2. Okay… so the Al-Qaeda flag is flying over a Libyan Courthouse. This is just a fraternity prank conducted by a few rabble-rousers from nearby Benghazi University.

  6. H*ll, why the suprise we have Al-Qaeda in the White House!!!!

  7. Ah yes, the result of “Smart Power,” as implemented by Hillary and Barack.

  8. there was mention by 2 [possibly biden and some journalist] who praised the operation as a way to go event with no American loss of life. no boots on the ground. there were also a few articles about the missing weapons, unsecure weapons depots, unsecure chemical weapons facilities, etc…..what could possibly go wrong with this new smarter than a kindegartener strategy? some mention was made of the shoulder held heat seeking missles [?] that disappeared and the effect they could have – such as making a large no fly zone. and how they beat up on Bush when they thought they had an october surprise with an empty storage facility that had actually been quietly cleaned out by our side.

  9. A stronger Iran is just as much against Europe’s interest as Israel’s or America’s.

Nobody ever says this, but the likely target of Iran’s first bomb may not be Israel. It could well be a European country or America. European countries have hardly been immune to terror attacks.

Europe really ought to defang Iran now, especially if Israel is willing to do the dirty work for them. This is no time for the likes of Sarko or Obama to be talking down Netanyahu. Instead, they should be helping Israel prepare an attack and coordinating it with interested parties.

  10. I’m sure they’re just going to exchange flaffel recipes lol

  11. A Pan-Islamist Middle East under Tehran’s direction is going to be one hell of big stinky “ineritance” for Barry’s successor.

  12. Libyan Transitional Government to Send Delegation to Iran

This is your Hopey-Changey “Smart Diplomacy” at work.

For those to whom this applies: Doesn’t it just make you feel so good that you voted for Obama in 2008?

  13. “It could well be a European country or America. European countries have hardly been..” some one said saudi arabia would probably be first. it’s that sunni/shia thing i think.
