A Rasmussen poll conducted from October 2-4, 2023 shows a widening lead for President Trump in the 2024 Election.  The poll revealed that 38% of voters are “very likely” to vote for President Trump and 15% “somewhat likely” for a total of 53%.  But the shocking numbers from the poll show that President Trump is breaking barriers that traditionally thwart GOP presidential candidates:  30% of Democrats are at least “somewhat likely” to vote Trump with 19% “Very ly”.  By comparison, President Trump only received 5% of Democrat votes in 2016.

Last week, ten residents of Staten Island, NY were arrested during a skirmish with police while they were protesting the bussing in of illegal immigrants.  Residents attempted to block the entrance for buses carrying the illegals into the Midland Beach assisted-living facility.  This facility in Midland Beach is believed to be the same facility that evicted a 95-year-old Korean War veteran to make way for the illegal border crossers.

In January 2023, as reported by The Gateway Pundit, Shasta County, CA courageously voted to end their contract with Dominion Voting Systems during a tense meeting of the county supervisors.  Supervisor Patrick Jones led the charge to end the contract while Supervisors Chris Kelstrom and Kevin Crye joined him in the 3-2 vote to terminate.

Georgia’s Fulton County has come under the national spotlight once again after District Attorney Fani Willis brought racketeering charges against President Trump, Rudy Giulliani, Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis and others.  The indictments are over an alleged (and legal) “breach” of election equipment and what she insists are “false” claims of election fraud, among other charges.  Some of those charged were simply lawyers representing clients, which is now apparently illegal in Joe Biden’s ‘Amerika’.

Earlier today, The Gateway Pundit reported that DeSantis Super PAC founder John Thomas admits DeSantis’s “failure to launch” after they “drafted” DeSantis to run because they believed “he’s got the stuff.”  Thomas said President Trump has run a “nearly flawless campaign” and that “we are revers[ing] course to get behind Donald Trump”.  Thomas joins a trio esteemed members of DeSantis-supporting PACs that seem to be gun-shy of the Florida Governor’s chances as funding is drying up in the DeSantis camp after laying off staff in July after “rapidly burning through cash.” Ouch!

Yesterday, The Gateway Pundit reported that the NYPD will be utilizing manned drones to respond to complaints about large parties and backyard BBQs over the extended Labor Day weekend.  Coincidentally, New York City Health also recommended residents mask up during the holiday weekend.  It is a voluntary recommendation.  For now.

It seems more and more evident that Joe Biden flat out lied to the American people on the 2020 debate stage, among other times, when he said he had no association with his son’s business.

On Monday, Joe Biden spoke at the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.  As The Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila reported, Biden, once again, asserted that “domestic terrorism rooted in white supremacy is the greatest terrorist threat we face in the homeland.” But the man who has falsely claimed numerous times that he was a “Civil Rights activist” told another whopper:  Biden claimed he “literally, not figuratively, talked South Carolina Senator Strom Thurmond into voting for the Civil Rights Act before he died.” There are several problems with this remark, the most glaring of which is that Thurmond voted NAY on the Civil Rights Act.  Not only did Thurmond vote “NAY”, he filibustered the Civil Rights Act for over 24 hours, longer than any other opponent to the legislation.  And Thurmond didn’t die until 2003, almost 40 years later.

Last week The Gateway Pundit published a story regarding a post from investigative reporter Paul Sperry where he disclosed that FOIA’d records show ACLU representatives were shockingly given authority “to process absentee ballots applications received through online portals and then equipped ACLU poll workers with iPads to cancel absentee ballots without county supervision.”  Ballot applications are a hot topic after TGP’s breaking article that revealed a large ballot application harvesting operation in Michigan through a non-profit called GBI Strategies.

Previously, The Gateway Pundit has published Parts 1 and 2 of what should be at least a five-part series on the atrocities that have taken place in Georgia ahead of the indictments last week of President Donald Trump, his lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell, and several others whom Giuliani claimed many of whom he didn’t even know.  Just this past weekend, the 8th District GOP in Georgia denied citizens access to their Fish-Fry because they had “Paper Ballots” shirts on, while at the same event, Governor Brian Kemp admitted that their voting machines can be hacked while saying Georgia elections are, in fact, transparent.

Earlier this week, The Gateway Pundit released exclusively obtained emails and text messages from Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and State employee-turned-private contractor-turned-back-to-State employee riel Sterling.  In those emails and texts, then-GA GOP Chairwoman for Coffee County, Cathy Latham, had repeatedly made pleas to the Secretary of State’s Office to remedy issues that had arisen in the 2020 Primary races in Georgia on the new Dominion Voting Systems.  Coffee County officials had to drive several counties away to ‘borrow’ a machine from Cook County in order to finish their tabulations because of their own machine’s malfunctions.

A Russian “optical-mechanical” plant in Sergiev Posad, just outside of Moscow, was rocked by a massive explosion this morning.  The plant is reportedly a “leading developer and manufacturer of optical and optoelectronic devices for law enforcement, industry, and healthcare” according to TASS.  The explosion has damaged up to 20 apartment buildings and 4 social facilities and left up to 45 injured, according to ZeroHedge.

America First Legal has filed a lawsuit in Federal Court against Target over “misleading statements to shareholders about monitoring political/social risks, resulting in a $12B loss due to its recent promotion of queer/transgender propaganda to children.” America First Legal, which is led by former Trump Senior Advisor Stephen Miller, claims that management “only cared whether its leftists ‘stakeholders’ were satisfied” in reference to 2022/2023 Proxy Statements that ensured the Board was “monitoring social and political issues”.

The Collins English Dictionary defines lawfare as “the strategic use of legal proceedings to intimidate or hinder an opponent.” In the United States, we have seen glaring examples of such a practice in the last several years.  For example, President Donald Trump was found “liable” for sexual abuse from a decades-old accusation in which no specific date was provided of the alleged “abuse”.  How does one defend himself of such an accusation when they cannot potentially provide an alibi as to their whereabouts on that particular day, especially someone who’s schedule is as detailed and documented, both internally and via the Press, as Donald Trump’s?  Lawfare.

On July 19th, President Trump’s attorney’s filed an amendment to a petition in a move to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the on-going witch hunt in Georgia’s Fulton County.  The amendment was made to a July 13th petition for writs of mandamus and prohibition that would vindicate breaches of President Trump’s rights.

A 32 year old “non-binary” man has been convicted of charges relating to the repeated sexual abuse of a 15 year old boy that began in 2010.  The victim was just 15, a minor, at the time the crimes began, while Lucas Cole, or Oliver James Bond as he is now known, was 20.  Bond sexually assaulted the minor three times over a six year period from 2010 through 2016.

Last month, Korean cyclist Na Hwa-rin competed at the Gangwon Sports Festival in Gangwon Province.  The 37 year-old transgender athlete underwent gender-affirming surgery in Seoul in 2022 and received a new birth certificate that expressed their gender as “female”.  Na was able to compete in the competition because there are no gender specific regulations for athletes to qualify.
