The United Nations World Health Organization reconvened its negotiations to establish a “Pandemic Treaty,” an agreement to “strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response” and develop a one-world health system.  Member states gathered in Geneva, Switzerland a second time on Monday to negotiate the treaty and will conclude the meeting on July 22.
