President Donald Trump has responded to North Korea’s official KCNA news agency calling former Vice President Joe Biden a “rabid dog” who must be”beaten to death with a stick, before it is too late.”

On Sunday, the president responded to North Korea on Twitter — by both defending and mocking Biden.

“Mr. Chairman, Joe Biden may be Sleepy and Very Slow, but he is not a ‘rabid dog.’ He is actually somewhat better than that, but I am the only one who can get you where you have to be. You should act quickly, get the deal done. See you soon!” President Trump tweeted.

Reuters reports “North Korea said on Thursday it had turned down a U.S. offer for fresh talks ahead of a year-end deadline Pyongyang has set for Washington to show more flexibility in negotiations.”
