Communist Group Vandalizes University of Texas Fountain, Calls for Violence on International Women’s Day
The Communist Revolutionary Student Front has vandalized the fountain at Austin’s University of Texas campus and called on followers to stress the “necessity of organizing women for revolutionary violence” on International Women’s Day.
Along with spray painting the Communist hammer and sickle on the fountain, the group dyed the water red to represent blood.
“This is the blood of survivors that UT ignores,” the sloppy graffiti read.
Known for calling for dead cops, the group tweeted out photos of their vandalism with the call for violence on Thursday morning.
“The blood of women & all survivors flow from the fountains of UT. On International Working Women’s Day, we must stress the necessity of organizing women for revolutionary violence against the capitalist institutions that uphold patriarchy & protect abusers like Richard Morrisett,” the tweet stated.

The organization also called for people to join them later in the evening for presentations including “a practical look at women shaking off fears and inhibitions to take up and wield revolutionary violence.”
The event page for the presentations asserts that “true feminism means the destruction of the U.S., which is both the world’s largest imperialist butcher and a prisonhouse built on genocide that will be shattered through the liberation struggles of Black, Chicano, indigenous, Puerto Rican, and other people.”
Sounding dangerously like domestic terrorists, the organization called for women to become armed and trained to “strike terror into the heart of abusers.”
“This struggle, called proletarian feminism, can mean nothing other than a movement to cultivate the women of the masses undergoing radical transformation to become trained & armed revolutionary soldier-politicians and leaders who have reclaimed revolutionary violence and strike terror into the heart of abusers and exploiters everywhere, aiming for nothing short of the destruction of the irrevocably patriarchal capitalist class,” the event page reads.
As reported by the Far Left Watch, this is the same violent student organization that calls for dead police officers, routinely holds “self defense” training on campus, and actively tried to recruit students with mental health issues to become “revolutionary fighters”.
In February, the organization released a lengthy document outlining their plans to recruit the mentally ill.
“The primary goal of this program was to address the mental health needs of students in a way that would primarily serve to politicize and strengthen them, to become more committed to revolution and more capable of carrying it out,” the document read.
