Donald Trump Jr. SLAMS Media Silence on Congressional Perverts ‘How Many People Were Hurt?’

Donald Trump Jr. slammed the media’s silence on Congressional perverts Monday night in a viral tweet.

As previously reported, Congress has a rampant sexual harassment problem. In fact the problem is so bad that female lawmakers and aides keep a ‘creep list’ of men who are notorious for lewd behavior.

A female Senate staffer told CNN she had an experience with a male lawmaker in an elevator that left her horrified.

Multiple females told CNN that elevators on Capitol Hill are known places for male lawmakers to prey on women. One woman said she still gets anxiety about being in an elevator alone with a man.

Avoiding certain men in elevators was an open secret among reporters and females on Capitol Hill yet no one did anything about it!

Don Jr. slammed the media in a viral tweet.

“I wonder how many people were hurt because everyone knew and did nothing about it? Cokie Roberts: Oh, We All Knew To Avoid Getting in An Elevator With Rep. Conyers,” tweeted Don Jr.

Editors note: A further review of the transcript from Cokie Roberts’ appearance on ABC’s “This Week” reveals she was speaking about perverted men in general on Capitol Hill rather than John Conyers specifically.

ROBERTS: And you know they are so used to it. I mean, the culture of Capitol Hill for so many decades was men being bad. And…

RADDATZ: So, we talk about that. We have talked about it weeks and weeks. But does anything really change?

ROBERTS: No.

RADDATZ: We ask that question. I mean, this seems unprecedented how many. But do you think people are really talking about it as if things will change?

PALMER: I don’t think that the culture has — we haven’t seen major shift, right? And I would also just point out, members policing themselves, a very bad track record of it, whether it’s about these kind of scandals, whether it’s about how they use their finances. There is — nobody is saying that they’re going to change the whole process by which this is done, that they’re going to throw out members if they actually have sexual harassment cases. This is a big problem for them.

ROBERTS: The fact that people are willing to be public can change things. I mean, we all talked about for years.

RADDATZ: A little bit at a time.

ROBERTS: Don’t get in the elevator with him, you know, and the whole every female in the press corps knew that, right, don’t get in elevator with him. Now people are saying it out loud. And I think that does make a difference.

RADDATZ: That’s a change. OK. Thanks very much.

We’ll be right back with more from the Roundtable after this short break.”

At any rate, the fact that sexual perverts on Capitol Hill were able to get away with such abhorrent behavior while taxpayers funded their ‘hush fund’ has Americans mad as hell.
