Earlier today Pope Francis accused Republican frontrunner Donald Trump of not being Christian because of his plan to build a security wall and fence to protect America from the illegal immigrant invasion.
Trump responded to Pope Francis with a statement which he read at a South Carolina rally this morning.
“If and when the Vatican is attacked by ISIS, which as everyone knows is ISIS’s ultimate trophy, I can promise you that the Pope would have only wished and prayed that Donald Trump would have been President because this would not have happened. ISIS would have been eradicated unlike what is happening now with our all talk, no action politicians.”
Later on CNN Pastor Mark Burns of Harvest Praise and Worship Center spoke to Wolf Blitzer about the Pope’s comments that Trump “Is not Christian” because he plans to build a wall.
Mark reminded CNN viewers that the Vatican is 100% surrounded by a wall. Burns added, “My job as a father is to first protect my children!”
