Obama Negotiates With Taliban to Release POW But Leaves US Marine to Rot in Mexican Jail

Today Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was released by the Taliban.
The Obama administration negotiated with the Taliban and Bergdahl was released in exchange for five Taliban prisoners held at Guantanamo Bay.

Bergdahl was the only living POW held by the Taliban.
Sgt. Bowe Robert Bergdahl was captured by the Taliban in 2009 in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi rots in a Mexican jail.
Tahmooressi was arrested March 31 after accidentally crossing the border with weapons in his vehicle.

Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi told Greta Van Susteren he had been beaten and slapped by Mexican authorities. He also said he was stripped and chained to a bed by the guards and slapped across the face several times.

But, Barack Obama has yet to pick up a phone and call the Mexican government and demand his release.
