It seems like almost every day we read a new account of unionized public school officials engaging in improper conduct with children.
A second-grade teacher and an assistant principal have been removed from student contact at Jordan Elementary Community School in the Rogers Park neighborhood while Chicago Public Schools conducts an investigation into their conduct.
“Chicago Public Schools is reassigning both employees away from the classroom pending the outcome of our investigation,” CPS said in a statement.
Don’t worry about these potential predators. The union has their backs!
CPS has been investigating allegations for the past few months, Miranda said. “There’s a process to these things agreed upon in the union contract,” he said. [LINK]
Parents are rightfully upset because the school system never informed them that there was a problem during the past few months while an investigation was being conducted. Sound familiar?
Maybe before throwing stones at the Catholic Church, progressives should clean up their own institutions, which appear to be far less safe than any church.
