Figures. After Tim Scott Announcement – Cries of “Token Black” and “House Negro” Begin

You just knew this was coming.
This morning Indian-American Governor Nikki Haley announced that Rep. Tim Scott would replace Jim DeMint in the US Senate. It didn’t take the racists on the left to accuse Scott of being a “token black” and “house negro.”

Sen. Scott would do well to ignore these people. They are of no consequence whatsoever.

Always a damn if you do and a damn if you don’t. If he wasn’t selected then there would be cries of the Republicans being too white.

The word “token”…. A token is an object of value. That is how I will take their irresponsible and idiot comments.

These small minded people have no VALUE OR WORTH in this society. And to give them any mind would devalue my worth.

  • Alana

Their minority people are always real people to be treated with dignity. Ours are always uncle toms.

To the left, skin color doesn’t matter, no matter how much they holler about it. All that matters to them is leftist ideology.

If you don’t have leftist ideology, then you aren’t a real woman, or a real minority. You are stupid, to be reviled, and desreve no dignity. You don’t count.

Only leftist women and minorities are real. Only leftists count.

Truly, the Progressive comments say a great deal about the hate in many a Progressive heart that stems back to the segregation in the deep South perpetrated by Southern Democrats.

The Fascist Progressives can say what they will they can’t erase the past. Specifically, Abe Lincoln was and never could be one of them, and it was Christian believers that forced the end of slavery both here and in England.

    Congratulations MR Scott.

    The word “token”…

I can understand their use of the word token, because their likely thinking is that he’s going to be of no use to them from a liberal POV, and that assessment is probably pretty accurate.

The part about the GOP earning no votes with this selection essentially confirms what many have already said; blacks, for the most part, are Marxists who think it’s the government’s job duty to steal from one class and give it to them. They believe that because of slavery they’re entitled, although none were actual slaves.

Living off the government teat is the new plantation.

It also illustrates how far we have come from a Constitutional government.

Racist blacks, and there are many, always use these terms to describe a black person who has managed to succeed without sucking off the public teet. Instead of praise for his discipline and hard work, he is subjected to belittling comments and name calling by those who lack his gumption and brains. This pure jealousy disguised to look like political correctness. Mr. Scott should ignore it accordingly.

  • Sam Stone

Yet it is the belief that those on the right are the racist bigots and that belief will continue no matter what.

  • Patty

By their moronic standards why is Jim Clyburn a token for the other side.

OT but still moronic and threatening:

Pro-Union Activist Threatens the Michigan Governor: ‘We’ll Be at Your Daughter’s Soccer Game’

NOW, I SUGGEST THE REPUBLICAN PARTY RNC hires Sarah Palin. She has backbone and we need someone with a spine to start fighting fire with fire. SPEAK OUT NOW.

  • Patty

I am repulse by the lack of courage to give with honesty and try to respect others the truth about the Republican party and their position on America’s future and stop this insanity of sitting back and doing nothing. CALL THESE MORONS OUT.

  • Mad Hatter

The so called “open minded” left is anything but. They’re the biggest groups of racists in the country. They’re hung up on skin color, and pre-judged people at will.

The Alinsky left always accuses us what they practice.

If the leftist media, academia, and entertaiment weren’t completely in the tank for the Democrats and liberals, all this hypocracy would have been bleached away by the exposure to light of reason. Instead, these groups have managed to get much of the nation to believe that it isn’t the skin color that makes a person Black, but rather his mentality. Therefore you can discriminate against a Black whose not Black enough, or a woman whose not liberated enough, or a White who thinks too much like white people.

Sounds pretty racist to a reasonable person. But if your bread and butter is perpetuating the racial divide, no intellectual contortions are too crazy to get what you want. Bigotry and racism have their roots in elitism, ignorance, and arrogance – all of which the race hustling liberals have in spades.

And all these vile rants are coming from Marxists and their wholly owned Urbanist subsidiary. What fools these rabid Marxists are.

  • Jet Jaguar

All the cries of “Uncle Tom”, “token black”, “oreo cookie”, etc… DemoLeftists gotta react like that to keep the uppity black man on the Plantation where he belongs.

Tim Scott’s Statement on NAACP Resolution Condemning Tea Party as “Racist”
    July 13, 2010

Tim Scott, Republican candidate for Congress in South Carolina’s First Congressional District, issued the following statement today:

“I understand that the NAACP, at its annual conference in Kansas City, will vote today on a resolution condemning the Tea Party movement as “racist”. I believe that the NAACP is making a grave mistake in stereotyping a diverse group of Americans who care deeply about their country and who contribute their time, energy and resources to make a difference.”

“As I campaign in South Carolina, I participate in numerous events sponsored by the Tea Party, 9/12, Patriot, and other like-minded groups, and I have had the opportunity to get to know many of the men and women who make up these energetic grassroots organizations. Americans need to know that the Tea Party is a color-blind movement that has principled differences with many of the leaders in Washington, both Democrats and Republicans. Their aim is to support the strongest candidates – regardless of color or background – who will fight to return our country to its Constitutional roots of limited government, fiscal responsibility, and free markets.”

Tim Scott will make a fine Senator, I only wish I had someone of his integrity and moral courage representing me.
