Tingles Says Unemployment Was Over 10% When Obama Took Office …(It was only 7.8%)

Water boy, Chrissy Matthews, has decided to openly lie about the Obama disaster in order to keep his boy in office.
Tingles dropped this line on HBO last night.

“When your guy left town, Dubya – who nobody asked him to come back by the way at the Republican convention – unemployment was well past ten percent and skyrocketing.”

NewsBusters reported:

Unemployment was 7.8% when Obama took office… It was the only month during his presidency when the unemployment rate was below 8.0%.
