I sure as hell hope the genuine answer is Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

It is my hope that he is more powerful, smarter, quicker, better informed, better supported, and luckier (all of which contribute to how dangerous a person is) than Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. I know for a fact Mr. Netanyahu has better judgment, more self-control, and a sounder moral footing. In my view, his virtues do not make him less dangerous, just less likely to bring disaster down on the heads of his own countrymen, than Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
