Rocky Mountain Pictures, the company that brought you “2016: Obama’s America” will follow up the highly successful documentary with “Hating Breitbart” due out in theaters on October 12.

(Los Angeles, CA) Hating Breitbart, a feature-length documentary that takes an in-depth look at the final days of controversial New Media pioneer, Andrew Breitbart, who, before his untimely death earlier this year, became a conservative icon and one of the nation’s most influential political commentators; is set to hit theaters on October 12, 2012. Hating Breitbart will debut in exclusive engagements in Los Angeles, St. Louis, Dallas and Washington, D.C., with scheduled expansion to cities across the country in subsequent weeks.

Written and directed by award-winning independent filmmaker and multi-media producer, Andrew Marcus; Hating Breitbart is an up-close expose into the last two-years of Breitbart’s life and is the story of the man who achieved national attention by upending the traditional press and repeatedly found himself the target of a media feeding frenzy.

Production on Hating Breitbart took place over the span of 30 months in more than 15 cities across the United States.     About ten seconds after some loon shoot a heap of people at that movie theatre in Colorado, the Big Government website had a story about James Holmes potentially being a registered Democrat.

    Turned out he wasn’t, but hey, let’s not let that get in the way of PITTING PEOPLE AGAINST EACH OTHER. Such hypocrisy.

    This might be the one movie I may buy a ticket but not go see. Breitbart was a great man, don’t get me wrong. I plan on buying the ticket to support the movie (and will probably give it away to someone who will enjoy it) and Breitbart himself but watching a movie that calls me racist (and yes, I know that woman was calling him, but it might as well be directed at me) is not something I want to view. Having someone make the accusation of me being a racist makes me angry but having someone make the accusation of me being a racist under falsified pretenses puts me in a rage. Perhaps my mind will be changed in the future as it has in the past and I will go see it.
