    The New York Post is reporting that President Obama is considering bringing on New York Governor Mark Cuomo as his vice president in 2012.

    The pick would mean Joe Biden would have to exit Pennsylvania Avenue as many feel he doesn’t bring anything to the table in Obama’s re-election bid.

    Former G.O.P. leader Bill Powers said “I don’t think there’s any doubt Obama is going to pick him as his running mate.” He went on to say,”the president will call him up later this year and say, Andrew, you have to do this for the good of the country.”

    Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter says the campaign has “no problem” with Vice President Joe Biden’s comment about putting people back in chains.

    “I think he probably agrees with Joe Biden’s sentiments,” Cutter said on behalf of President Obama. “He’s using a metaphor to talk about what’s going to happen.”

    “I appreciate the faux outrage from the Romney campaign,” Cutter said in reaction to a statement from the campaign. “If you want to talk about the use of words then take a look at Mitt Romney’s stump speech where he basically calls the president un-American.”

    “The bottom line is that we have no problem with those comments,” Cutter said.

    #11 – would be a sign of even more panic and fear among the dems; I’m not sure why anyone hoping to run for president later would want to shoulder responsibility for Obama’s economy-killing policies…. And Bill Clinton would do everything possible to quietly undercut the campaign just in case Hillary decides she does want to run in 2016.
