Figures. Holder Demands Journalists Show Photo ID to Get Into His NAACP Talk on Evils of Photo ID Laws

You just can’t make this stuff up.

Eric Holder gave a talk today at the annual NAACP conference in Houston. The far left Attorney General slammed the recent state voter ID laws. In order to cover the event as a journalist you had to show a photo ID.

Photo ID? If Holder had any brains, he’d do a complete body search too – not just ID. Folks are not very happy with either him nor Obunghole. It would be a crying shame to have something violent happen to their black asses this close to an election. Also, it’s a great opportunity for a false flag operation – just to show ‘his people’ how much they’re hated.

albeit it could use fine tuning, the following speaks for itself..

[Perhaps Congress can invite former President Jimmy Carter to provide expert testimony to support states voter ID laws because it appears by their copious years of reporting, that it has been his Carter Center’s decades-long international experience that voters adequately identifying themselves to election officials provides “additional safeguards”, a “substantial degree of security and confidence in the electoral system”, no matter what country, race, what color, what language.]

You can’t make that stuff up! Does he not see the irony? Or is he making a list and checking it twice? Should the journos who showed up expect a midnight knock on the door from Holder’s Goons if they report anything less than glowingly positive?

Eric Holder is either a moron or he thinks his NAACP audience was.

I heard a sound-bite with him mocking the Texas voter ID law, saying that a CCP was accepted proof of citizenship, but a student ID is not.

How stupid would you need to be to NOT see the distinction?

In a porgs mind it is racist to require photo ID, except when photo ID is required.

  • I’m not a racist; I don’t like Biden or Pelosi either

I have started an email campaign to 9 people at Fox News. Every day I send them articles and ‘corrections’ to their stories. So far today I have sent 4, including BG’s article on the Carter Center’s policy on voter ID (thank you BG).

Perhaps if we all start bombarding them with FACTS, they may start to clue in. Thought I might do the same for the MSM but figured that was a complete waste of time and energy. Here’s the last one I sent a few minutes ago (feel free to copy it if you like):

On the Fox Report just now Shep Smith just gave Eric Holder’s speech to NAACP a good minute’s coverage, including a video clip, a definition of Pol tax and a brief history of Jim Crow Laws. At the end of his report, in a 5 second “afterthought” he said, “Republicans believe photo ID will reduce voter fraud” (or words to that effect). SERIOUSLY? You call that Fair and Balanced?

If you don’t think Holder is full of crap, chew on this:
YOU NEED PHOTO ID TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AT PLANNED PARENTHOOD.

I guess that means it’s OK to “disenfranchise citizens” of their right to a legal abortion and other forms of birth control?

p.s. media attending the NAACP convention needed photo ID to hear Holder speak.

  • Democrats once again writing material for The Onion.

Now, if only David Letterman had writers this good.

  • Mad Hatter

Quick, quick, someone investigate Holder for attendance suppression.

  • GotFreedom

Hey Holder–I’ll show you my “legal” ID when Barack Hussein Obama shows me his “legal” ID–until then cut the [email protected]!

  • SeniorD

Fortunatly, Eric the Red Handed was surrounded by his ‘people’ (aka NBPs) so any attempt to arrest him on murder charges was blockaded.

There will be other times, other venues. This criminal will be brought to justice.

  • No Man

NEVER BELIEVE A WORD A LIBERAL SAYS.

  • attending the NAACP conference is more important they voting. we have to know who attends the conference, who cares who votes, or how many times.

I loved #4 “bg’s” post the first time she posted it — once, twice, three times is not enough — I’ve highlighted it in case anyone missed it:

Perhaps Congress can invite former President Jimmy Carter to provide expert testimony to support states voter ID laws because it appears by their copious years of reporting, that it has been his Carter Center’s decades-long international experience that voters adequately identifying themselves to election officials provides “additional safeguards”, a “substantial degree of security and confidence in the electoral system”, no matter what country, race, what color, what language

It’s the perfect answer to their lies.

  • mcc

    Relax, Eric —

No need to do all those security sweeps.

Your pals – and Barry’s – are the domestic terrorists and anarchists.

    They love you…don’t they?

Seriously, it’s like these people live in a parallel universe or something. Sane people can’t make this stuff up. Amazing….idiots.

  • I’m not a racist; I don’t like Biden or Pelosi either

They are not idiots; but they are arrogant.

They believe (with good reason) that most people are stupid enough to believe their lies and overlook all the hypocrisy.

And when you have almost half the country, and 99% of the media on your side, why wouldn’t you think that “we the people” will believe whatever they say, especially when they present themselves as the only ones looking out for “the common good”?

If anything will bring them down, I believe it will be their arrogance.
    Let’s hope.

I guess my concealed carry permit would work. He made a big deal out of this. Doesn’t he know that in order to get one, you must have a background check and a fingerprint check. The concealed carry standards are much stricter than the standards for voting. This guy is a disgrace. Did he ask for a concealed carry permit for the thugs he gave the AK-47’s to?

    Crooks and liars.

Holder is a little chicken anyway. You wouldn’t see him on the Battlefields.

Follow up on Jane Pitt Thread

“Good for her,” Voight told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column, adding that he agrees with the points-of-view expressed by Jane.

A rep for Brad Pitt, an avid supporter of President Obama, did not respond for further comment. Jane Pitt declined further comment when we attempted to reach her.

Brad’s brother Doug also defended his mother earlier this week during an appearance on the “Today Show.”

“I think moms and dads and kids agree to disagree all over the world. So why would our family be any different? There can be healthy discussion when people disagree with you,” he said. “The bad thing is when it turns to venom and negativity, and we don’t have that in our family. It’s open discussion. We can learn from each other and, if anything, it solidifies your point. Or maybe you learn something.”

Oh, to be a fly on the wall when Brangelina and the family sit down for Sunday dinner in that big French castle they bought…

Democrats are in so deep with their lies about Voter ID. They are so wedded to their crock of BS that they would rather look like morons while the whole world points out their glaring hypocrisy. Voter ID will cut a large chunk out of massive Democrat Voter Fraud and that’s the bottom frickin’ line. That’s why they’re all out there crying wolf, I mean racism. It’s really hard to pin point a single time in the last 3 + years where Holder didn’t lie. Just saying…

    What’s wrong?

Photo IDs are required… if it suits me!

Photo IDs are not required… if it suits me!

Eric Holder can give you the specifics. He is the type of Chief Law Breaker I can count on to adjust the laws to my needs! Ha ha!

If you like the way I have kill 300 Mexicans and one border patrol agent – vote for me. Send me $300 before midnight.

My pig of a bus is burning oil and David Axelrod has an new scam to play on my Mexican donors. It’s the Spanish Bait and Switch scam. I cannot go into detail except to say that I will tell them in Spanish that they will get free green cards if they vote for me. In English I will tell the media that they will not get free green cards. Sure, my campaign sucks but once I scam the voters it will suck worse. Good day.

  • ID cards are a necessity these days. If 25 percent of black people lack ID cards, why isn’t the NAACP screaming bloody murder about it? Why aren’t the people opposed to voter ID laws concerned about helping everyone get one?

Let me explain it to you. One is for security reasons to see a public official and common practice. The other is to suppress votes. The story is a probably a wingnut lie anyway.

  • Ragspierre

    Let me challenge you, Collectivist—

    1. research the story, to verify it

    2. research the net effect on voting that voter ID laws have had in Georgia

    3. ditto 2 for Indiana

    4. have the integrity to relate what you find

  • burt

    What a racist.

  • Ragspierre

“Under the proposed law, concealed handgun licenses would be acceptable forms of photo ID, but student IDs would not,” he pointed out. “Many of those without IDs would have to travel great distances to get them, and some would struggle to pay for the documents they might need to obtain them. We call those poll taxes.”
    –Eric Holder

No “we” don’t. The Supremes don’t say any such silly thing.

The NAACP USED to help people who “would struggle to pay for the documents they might need” (and, seriously, that would be a VERY small population). The NAACP USED to facilitate ordinary people helping each other with transportation, when needed.

Now the NAACP is just another Commune of the Collective.

  • True american

I believe to have to show ID for ,cashing checks (gov. and others) to recivie food stamps, drive a car, buy cig. buy liq., get marrige lic. , see the Dr. , get into emerg. room, . You see what I mean, almost everything you do you need an ID ,so why no to vote, besides we have to show on now. Oh, you have to show ID to reg. to vote also.
