RUSH: So, once again we see which side Obama comes down on in the question of whether this is a country of the rule of law or the rule of man. With Obama, it’s not the rule of law. He is implementing law that the Congress defeated, as in the legalization of the amnesty for 800,000 young illegals. Congress defeated that, the DREAM Act. He said, to hell with it, I’m gonna make it the law, just gonna do it. Obama wants the enforcement of every federal law to hinge upon whether he agrees with it or not. And if he doesn’t agree with the federal law, he’s not gonna enforce it, like the Defense of Marriage Act. It’s the law of the land. The regime announced within the past year that they were no longer going to enforce it. It’s a dictator’s wet dream to do what Obama is doing. If he doesn’t agree with the law, voila, it’s no longer enforced. It may as well not even exist. That’s who he is, folks…
…Yeah, there’s no way Obama would ever not enforce immigration law. There’s no way Obama would ignore the Constitution and just write a health care law that basically pees all over it. No way, Obama wouldn’t do any of that, Democrat Party, no, they respect the rule, they wouldn’t do anything like that. No, of course they wouldn’t. Why should civil rights laws be enforced? Once you start cherry-picking these things and once the laws you enforce or don’t enforce strictly because whether you like ‘em or not, what if we started obeying laws on that basis or not? If the president of the United States can choose to enforce or not enforce law because he likes them or doesn’t like them, what about us?

WON WTF does set a standard that allows any citizen to pick and chose what laws applies in any circumstance. The downside to the citizen is limited if traveling under the radar. the downside to the country is chaos kinda like Greek.

Obama is achieving by Presidential Directive what he can’t get done through the legislative process. We’ve now repeatedly seen that, when there are laws which Obama doesn’t agree with, he simply instructs his Injustice Dept to not enforce that particular law.
Why even have a legislative body if the man at the top can just pick and choose which laws he’s going to order his Justice Department to enforce?

Call your Congressman to complain and ask what they are going to do about this. . unless they are saying they are irrelevant under Obama. . .
They need to control this wanna-be dick-tator from usurping OUR US Constitution.
We may not be able to wait til November to vote him out. . . IMPEACH now.
Also the House controls the purse strings. . cut Obama off with spending. . cut the TSA funding. . .cut Attorney General. . cut EPA. . .cut
And when Obama is voted out, investigate where stimulus money went and whether Obama was legally eligible to serve. . .if not all his appointments to the Supreme Court needs to be overturned and arrested along with the receivers of the money.

The Usurper knowingly violated The Constitution when he took the Oath of Office and assumed The Presidency- He is Constitutionally ineligible to Occupy the White House, but enabled by Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean He is Occupying the White House, so why is anyone surprised?
If He could get away with this unConstitutional Usurpation then why is anything else out-of-bounds? Why are you surprised?
If you still think that is no big deal, then YOU are part of the problem. If you still think that “birthers” (a pejorative term) are just making moonshine because it’s all too technical and immaterial to make such a big deal out of one term, “natural born citizen” then YOU need to answer, “What other terminology in The Constitution can we ignore? Can I choose a term or phrase that I don’t like?”

the club for growth did an analysis of the Dept of Labor expenditures-what they ere doing.I don’t know if you can get it on thesite but it tells where the money is going.
all pograms that are stupid and the no dept ofthe govt the usa should do.especially the dept of labor.

school teacher. the schools empty out about NO 25h and they don’t fill up til after Jan 10th. Home for parties and guewss what the kids “thru no fault of their Own”, go back with the parents to see the grandmother at christmas time! 12,000,000 will self deport once the border is drum tight and they HAVE to stay.

The regime has been ignoring laws since day one. The conversion of GM & Chrysler from being privately held by stock holders to being owned by the govt & unions, closures of dealerships, then the selling of parts of Chrysler. All of this is against contract laws. Breaking the law just because ‘it’s the right thing to do’ is not acceptable. It’s about time people decided that the ends don’t always justify the means.

The act of impeaching Clinton got him reelected.It’s almost as if Obama is trying to get impeached.

First thing in the morning, all through the day and last thing at night, I check web sites, FOX or Twitter to see “what has he done now?”. We should not have to live in fear of our government (I cannot tell you the last time I had a good nights sleep) but what to do? I don’t know if we will make it to the election at the rate BHO is issuing directives and Eric Holder is corrupt. Even so, voter fraud is so rampant that he will win and we are so totally $crewed.
