Earlier today ABC reported that Senator Marco Rubio was not being vetted by the Romney Campaign as a potential running mate.

This afternoon at an unscheduled stop in Michigan, Governor Mitt Romney told supporters,
“Marco Rubio is being thoroughly vetted as part of our process. Thanks so much, guys.”

    Rubio is most definately qualified and more conservative than Romney.

    Couple this with a Senate and House and now the shoe is on the other foot.

    Obama’s money supporters are going to go into overdrive on the smear

    It would, however, come as no surprise if Romney chooses him to be his running mate, as the Republican Party just can’t seem to get over its obsession with Latino voters.
