UPDATED LIST & NEW VIDEO… Shady Lib Group Is Running ILLEGAL ROBOCALLS In 25 Congressional Districts – HAS SUSPECTED LINKS TO DCCC or DNC (Developing)

As reported earlier#Occupy women of the 99% made illegal robocalls in Illinois (and across the US) attacking Rush Limbaugh over his recent comments on 30 year-old women’s rights activist Sandra Fluke who wants taxpayers to foot the bill for her contraceptives.

The organization “Occupy Women of the 99%” is not a registered PAC or lobbying group. And the group is making the calls anonymously – also illegally.

The Daily Mail posted this robocall that was running in Illinois:

The Illinois Review has more on the story.

The Daily Mail article reported that the calls were going out to Rep. Jim Renacci’s district. There were similar calls made in Rep Roscoe Bartlett‘s Maryland-6, Rep Dan Benishek‘s Michigan-1, Rep Judy Biggert‘s Illinois-13, Rep Tim Johnson‘s Illinois-15, Rep Bobby Schilling‘s Illinois-17 and Rep Scott Rigell’s Virginia-2. And from a previous comment, Rep. Dold’s Illinois 10′s district… All of these representatives, with the exception of Rep. Rigell, just happen to be on the Democrat’s Red-to Blue list on the DCCC website.

But there’s more…
The robocalls apparently went out to all of the Red to Blue districts. And, the whole campaign was likely linked to the DCCC.
I just received this from a trusted source:

So far I have confirmation of robocalls to:

Coffman (CO-06)
Heck (NV- 03)
Denham (CA-10)
Lungren (CA-03)
Biggert (IL-13)
Schilling (IL-17)
Dold (IL-10)
Benishek (MI-01)
Renacci (OH-16)
Walsh (IL-08)
Ribble (WI-08)
CO-03 (Tipton)
FL-10 (Webster)
FL-16 (Buchanan)
IA-04 (King)
NH-02 (Bass)
NY-TBD (Buerkle)
OH-06 (Bill Johnson)
PA-08 (Fitzpatrick)
CA-52 (Bilbray)
MD-06 (Bartlett)
MN-08 (Cravaack)
WI-07 (Sean Duffy)
CO-02 (Polis)
CA-45 (Mary Bono Mack)

Obviously, this was a big operation.

All are Red to Blue (either with a specific Red to Blue Candidate or ID’d as a Red to Blue District) with the exception of Renacci, who is in a Member v. Member race with Betty Sutton.
And Tom Latham is in a Member v. Member race with Leonard Boswell in Iowa similar to Renacci’s in Ohio.
Trying to get confirmation one way or the other on these additional races.

Coincidence? Don’t think so.

Here’s the latest video of the illegal robocall running in Wisconsin:

And it also should be mentioned that the ad is not even honest.

This picture was taken of one of the robocalls in Illinois.

Just so you know – It is also illegal to make robocalls from an anonymous number.

UPDATE: Here is a screen grab of a robocall listing in Illinois.

A typical robocall will reach 1,339,000 homes costing a company nearly $28,000.

And here’s a representative Illinois robocall map.

The “Women of the 99%” organization is not a registered PAC or lobbying group yet spent nearly $28,000 in Illinois and tens of thousands more in several other states. Weird, huh?

More to come.

Calling her a “women’s right’s activist” is just too much.

If she was, she’d be campaigning against sharia law and honor killings of Muslim females who dare to defy their male masters — against forced clitorectomies of 12-year-old Muslim females — against acid-attacks on Muslim women who show too much face-skin, or who are seen talking to a non-Muslim male — against the FORCED SLAVERY that is to be a Muslim female — against the stoning of Muslim women who have the GODDAMNED AUDACITY to be raped, “dishonoring” the family.

Screw all those hundreds of millions of women living (if you can call it that) in abject slavery and under real oppression.

Most so-called “women’s rights activists” are selfish, ignorant sluts, by and large.

This woman is no “women’s rights activist”. She’s a selfish, ignorant… well, we know.

Um, since they are unidentified, unregistered, we don’t know if they aren’t mostly guys, gals, or even a ‘group’ either.

You actually got a list of voter phone numbers ? Hundreds of thousands of them? Just who sent that out ‘via email?’

the rush incident is multi-faceted and while i know i’m not going to be a target for these type calls i a] would be mad if i were and 2] even madder that there wasn’t a live person on the other end. 99% robo calls i do get are hung up on faster than what they were picked up. as paul harvey would say “and that’s the rest of the story” the robos are leaving out the rest of the story so that the surviving thinkers can actually do a blanced consideration of the picture that the robos hoped to project and the reality of what they’re actually attempting to do. you look at the one point that’s being projected and the other points that are being ignored.

maybe Breitbart was doing a drip drip. obama embraced bell who embraced farrakhan. if his core belief came from the school of thought that there would always be a racially fractured America as opposed to a unified America. one group perpetually seeing themselves as a victim to be compensated by another group who would always be vilified and projected as beyond redemption. how many thought the election of obama meant redemption?

Hey, I’m with you to a point, but these are the rules that we are forced to live by. Why shouldn’t they be forced to live by the same rules (that they passed!) That’s not exactly fair if they get to ignore the laws and we can’t, is it?

Unfortunately nothing will be done. The administration and their supporting groups have been successful in playing g by their own rules.

Since the Injustice Department (which is tasked with enforcing such laws) is stacked with hardcoare Leftist extremists, you can bet you last dollar that absolutely nothing will become of this. Absolutely nothing…

No doubt, as we speak, Radical Leftist Lawyers in Eric Holder’s Injustice Dept are scouring the books to find reasons why NO LAWS were broken at all.

Remember, when it comes to Democrats and shady election/voting/campaign-financing activities, if they didn’t break “the spirit of the law” as interpreted by the Left, then there is no justification to look further at the “wording of the law”.

And if some outside group does file a lawsuit to get the issues heard, well-placed Leftists just make a phone call to the Judge and the case gets dismissed. Just ask that Georgia Judge who ruled in favor of Obama meeting the citizenship requirement for being placed on the November ballot WHILE OBAMA’S ATTORNEYS BOYCOTTED THE ENTIRE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS.

Two New Air Force Squadrons Activated to Support Obama’s 2012 Campaign Travel. Good use of tax $$$ ?

The 89th Airlift Wing activated the 305th and 306th Expeditionary Airlift Squadrons here Dec. 1.
The squadrons will play an integral role supporting presidential airlift in the coming months, through a mission known as “Banner Express.”
“The Banner Express mission provides dedicated assets to our highest priority airlift – presidential support, ‘said Col Allan Hess, 89th Operations Group commander. “Air Mobility Command accomplishes this during election years by standing up two squadrons, C-17s based here, and C-130s based in Wilmington, Del.”
Aircraft and personnel are pre-positioned to support an expected surge in airlift so the Air Force is postured to more efficiently and effectively meet the needs of the commander in chief while remaining good stewards of taxpayer funds. During the 2004 election season, Banner Express operations saved more than $18 million, largely from fuel savings.
The 305th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, commanded by Lt. Col. Alonzo Bristol of the 142nd Airlift Squadron, will operate out of New Castle Air National Guard Base, Del., and will have approximately eight aircrews, 60 maintenance personnel, and about a dozen operations personnel supporting five C-130s.
The 306th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, commanded by Lt. Col. Ben Vorhees of the 315th Operations Group, Joint Base Charleston, SC., will operate from here, and will have seven aircrews, more than 60 maintenance personnel, and also nearly a dozen operations personnel supporting four C-17s.
“This will be an integral total force component of our Sam Fox team here at the 89th Airlift Wing,” Hess said. Both commanders represent the Air Reserve Component and the squadrons’ members include active duty, reserve and Air National Guard Airmen. Both the 305th and 306th Expeditionary Airlift Squadrons were originally constituted as the 305th and 306th Troop Carrier Squadrons in 1943, and were deactivated in 1951 and 1972, respectively. The squadrons played a significant part in Air Mobility Command history conducting “D-Day” airborne operations during Operation Neptune.
The squadrons also participated in Operation Market Garden in September of 1944, and Operation Varsity in March of 1945, which led to the successful breach of the Rhine River into the heartland of Nazi Germany and ultimately the end of World War II only two months later. The squadrons were re-activated in 2003 under a provisional status for Air Mobility Command’s Banner Express Mission. They are expected to commence operations in April 2012 and will deactivate in late November.

    OT sorta

For the third consecutive day, Mitt Romney leads President Obama by five points in a hypothetical 2012 matchup. It is still, however, too early to tell if these results reflect a lasting change in the race or are merely statistical noise. Today’s numbers show Romney at 48%, Obama at 42%. That matches the largest lead Romney has ever enjoyed over the president.

  • Patty

This administration under the direction of who else, Obama will do anything and out spend anyone and we must be the Breitbarts, we all need to research as much as we can to never see Obama in the White House again.

They are covering all the basis. Women, Hispanic, Independents may be tough, it isn’t going to be pretty. There tactics are sneaky and they will stoop to just about anything to secure this election.

Older article but makes my point: OBAMA ABANDONS CIVILITY

Can you believe the absolute gall of President Obama. This guy is a racist through and through—telling Republicans that they could “sit at the back of the bus” when discussing the role of Republicans after the mid-term elections. They could sit at the back of the bus?! Obama will stoop to anything to win, including using racism to fire up his base. When talking to Latinos he told them to use their vote to “punish our enemies.” Who are our true enemies today. We are holding an election to election Congressional leaders, not fighting a war on our home soil. At the end of the day, we are still Americans. We are friends, just ones with different opinions.

What I wonder about is what the President really intended to say. I am fairly confidence what he really intended to say was that after the mid-terms, the Republicans want to put the Democrats on the back of the bus. But that would have been seen as overly contentious. So he amended the statement to one which was less offensive.

The point must still be made, why is race always at the forefront of Obama’s thoughts. The very idea of telling Latinos and Blacks that it is their turn to sit at the front of the bus and that white Republicans must sit in the back is offensive. The time when race divided America is over. Today race is seen more as a physical characteristic rather than a condition. All Americans have an equal opportunity to achieve the American dream. The time when people were left out purely because of their skin color is over, a period deservedly relegated to history. But America is past all of that now. We have elected black state officials, black congressmen and women, black Supreme Court justices, and now a black President. The time of blacks as second class citizens to over. And for this President to repeatedly bring up these sins of the past is in extremely poor taste. It shows a total lack of class.

The mainstream media are once again ignoring both breaches of civility (the back of the bus and punish our enemies statements). Once again they are covering for their inept leader. Could you imagine the outrage if the roles were reversed? Lets say if President Bush (who is white) said right before the 2002 midterm elections that the Democrats could take a seat at the back of the bus. I would have no doubt there would be calls for his impeachment. At the very least there would be calls for a swift apology. I will not get one from Obama. It is time to reign in the power of the sitting racist President before he does something really stupid.

What really ticks me off with robo calls, is that I’m unable to hang up on many of them. Have to hit the “Off” button several times, and sometimes that doesn’t even work! They “seize” my phone. I’m on 24 hour emergency call, and I don’t appreciate have my phone disabled. That in itself should be illegal!

BAD to get unwanted calls. You can screen your calls. And caller ID is great. I don’t answer calls that come in that I don’t know the number or caller name.

I also received a robocall and waited till the end to see what organization sponsored it. I was surprised that nothing was listed. It just said we are the 99% women and to call my local representative Jim Rennaci in Northeast ohio to complain that he hadn’t spoken up on it. I was furious and mentioned it to my husband and he said he thought it was illegal not to say who it was from. We are in a “red, conservative district” and registered republicans so I was surprised to get the call.

Fromer ACORN Official Working For League Of Women Voters Against Photo ID

Posted by Kevin Fischer on Nov. 1, 2011 | 0 comments

    From Media Trackers:

“Carolyn Castore, former Wisconsin State Director for ACORN (Association of Community Organizations For Reform Now), is helping lead the charge against the Voter ID law on behalf of the Wisconsin League of Women Voters. On October 11, 2011, the League of Women Voters filed a lawsuit in Dane County Circuit Court against the recently passed Photo ID bill.

Castore currently serves as a spokeswoman for the League and a member of the League’s State Legislative Committee with an ‘expertise in voter registration and voter laws’ During the August 2011 recall elections, Castore was interviewed by 89.7 WUWM radio in Milwaukee to discuss the League of Women Voter’s use of election monitors to ensure no voters were turned away for not having an ID.

But, from October 2007 to November 2008, Castore served as the Wisconsin State Director for ACORN. Law enforcement conducted an investigation of ACORN’s 2008 Milwaukee voter drive and declared their efforts ‘marred by fraud and corruption.’ Special Registration Deputies were paid on a per-name basis by ACORN and caught ‘getting names out of phone books,’ registering the same voters multiple times, and even registering fake names.”

The LWV is a complete, utter joke.

Reaction to this by squishy and clueless moderate voters: “Hey, what time is the next rerun of Friends American Idol?”

The story about the illegal robo calls, and now this story from the New York Slime.

Connect the dots people. Obama is looking for an issue to manipulate the female voters with since his support among females is way off.

Great link # 84. Thanks for posting.

Obama is sending out one million letters to women this week. Mark it refused and put it back in the mail.

PS. We need to implement ALINSKY RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”

That doesn’t work for us. They don’t have a book of rules, so to speak, and they know it.

Even hypocrisy is not something they view as an immoral thing. There IS no morality. They are the party of “It’s All Good!™”

The only puzzling thing, if you ignore the spiritual aspect of it all, either it became their favorite catchphrase or it became their way of life first.

    It’s really a chicken-and-egg argument there.

  • Taqiyyotomist

    “It’s All Good!™” — for us, anyway.

The Democrat Mantra. Repeat 50x daily until you realize that you can get away with damn near anything at all, and that even if you do get caught, the MSM will cover for you.

    Hey, it’s their Mantra too!

  • Taqiyyotomist

You’re one of THEM! So, whatever you do, even stealing 1.5 billion dollars?

IT’S ALL GOOD BRO!” — The MSM.

#88: Obama is sending out one million letters to women this week. Mark it refused and put it back in the mail.

If any of us get one – Done!
That said – wanna bet the PO File 13’s the returns!!

I hate robo-calls. Period. I don’t care if you’re a candidate for sainthood. If you bombard me with those I ain’t voting for you. They are vile!

  • McCloud

Yeah, the war on women goes on.. shameless dems.

But don’t get too far out on the ‘illegal robocalls’– I recently got one from Herman Cain shilling for Newt and caller ID showed it as ‘unknown caller’.

  • a former dem

Thanks for this information. Doesn’t surprise me one bit what the dems now represent. Not a shred of competence or respect for the law.

I didn’t get one of these calls, but I do know of 2 people who did, and they are indepedents, so my guess is that is who the DNC and DCCC is illegally trying to focus on. The ironic thing is that these independents are now more pissed at the dems and its tilting them into voting against the dems. I made sure to forward this article to them also, so that they are aware of the dirty tricks the DCCC and DNC is playing.

  • yes we can

I guess the ends really do justify the means. But laws really don’t matter anymore, do they?

I received a message in Wisconsin as well last Friday, March 9, 2012. I have two copies of the recorded message. I called my Congressman Sean Duffy to notify him of the call. I also filed a complaint with WI’s Government Accountability Board. I encourage everyone to file complaints.

Hell, if the Democrats can take millions of dollars from Communist China and North Korea during the Clinton Administration, and nothing is ever done, I wouldn’t get my hopes up too much.

Earl, the Republicans are spineless cowards who never raise a fist or say a harsh word about the Democrats (much less try to prosecute them for their crimes) because, if they did so, the Democrats might hate them even more than they already do.
