DIRTY LIBS ARE BUSTED – Robocall Scandal About to Break Wide Open – Extent of Scandal Has National Implications – NEW VIDEO!

Two weeks aga a shady liberal group (they don’t even have a website) calling themselves the “Women of the 99%” made tens of thousands of illegal robocalls across the US attacking Rush Limbaugh and Republican lawmakers in battleground districts. Republican leaders have yet to release a statement on the scandal.

We now have three recorded videos of the illegal robocalls from districts in Illinois, Wisconsin and California.
Here is the latest video of one of the illegal robocalls from Kevin G. who lives in Rep. Dan Lungren’s district in California:in California

The calls were placed in at least 25 Congressional districts in at least 12 different states across the US.

* This map has changed some due to redistricting after the 2010 census.

Here is the (growing) list of the districts where the illegal robocalls were made:

Coffman (CO-06)
Heck (NV- 03)
Denham (CA-10)
Lungren (CA-03)
Biggert (IL-13)
Schilling (IL-17)
Dold (IL-10)
Benishek (MI-01)
Renacci (OH-16)
Walsh (IL-08)
Ribble (WI-08)
Tipton (CO-03)
Webster (FL-10)
Buchanan (FL-16)
King (IA-04)
Bass (NH-02)
Buerkle (NY-TBD)
Bill Johnson (OH-06)
Fitzpatrick (PA-08)
Bilbray (CA-52)
Bartlett (MD-06)
Cravaack (MN-08)
Sean Duffy (WI-07)
Polis (CO-02)
Mary Bono Mack (CA-45)

The organization “Occupy Women of the 99%” is not a registered PAC or lobbying group. Therefore, it is illegal for this group to make robocalls. The group is making the calls anonymously – which also is illegal. The FCC confirmed that telemarketers are required to provide contact information that can be used to opt out of future calls.

Also, the cost of running a robocall message list this large would be well over $100,000. So who is this group? And, who is funding this group? And is it just a coincidence that most of these districts are DCCC targeted “Red to Blue” districts? (We’ll find out more later.)

Yesterday the illegal far left group started another round of illegal robocalls. And an FCC complaint was filed in Ohio.

Check back for updates……….

  • Tim in Cali

Keep shining the light on them, can states AG’s subpoena/issue warrents ? Force Holder to distance himself .Keep it all very visible in public view. WHAT WOULD BREITBART DO ??

Robo Calls should be eliminated, because only “Free Speech” of a person is protected, not that of a grinding machine. How ever be it as it may,we do protect everyone`s right to say what they will.

  • wanumba

Why haven’t the elected officials being targeted by these illegal calls made formal complaints and done some calling of their own … of Congressional hearings. And, how about A LOT more complaints to the FC. The LEFT ALWAYS says “You’re the ONLY one who’s complained…”

Yeah, who is going to prosecute Jim? NO ONE!
We are in the Hugo Chavez style governance at the moment. Laws are superficial. They have nothing to do with reality if those that are given the power to prosecute, will not prosecute.

This is why I have called for any national Democrat to enter my state, to be arrested when they come in. Watch for future criminal activity by the communists……erm Democrats.

It is a whole new ballgame folks, they are going all out now to implement their system.

lolol like anything will ever be done…these are holders and odumbos people…untouchable

Do liberals likes to break laws they enacted? Or they think they are above the law because they have higher moral calling? We better defeat all these madrassas of the liberal statists.
    VOTE ABO cabals 2012.

Like everything else the Left does, this will soon pass. The Republican establishment is too weak and spineless to push for investigation (justice or congressional). The main-stream media will bury it and all will once again be as it is…..

The red zones reveal the problem districts in which the progressives are desparate for power. These are places the Tea Party must take away.

  • electrowoman

i believe this could be coming from NARAL. they launched an ad blitz w/phone calls into targeted states last month. here’s the press release: http://www.prochoicemd.org/media/press/20120208.shtml

I’m in IL-15, Tim Johnson’s district. Yesterday, I received a pre-recorded call from the Women of the 99% complaining about Rush Limbaugh. I barely listened to the call. I find it hard to imagine most people paying attention to these annoying calls. I try to get off as quickly as possible when I receive an unsolicited call asking me for money or to support some political candidate. Getting junk mail is bad enough without disturbing someone’s privacy.

Both you and I know that absolutely nothing will be done about this matter. 2012 is going to be the year that all Americans realize that the Game has always been us vs. them with them being the Politicians (the ruling Class). This matter will be swept under the rug by both Republicans and Democrats. Unless we fight back to end this mess “With force if necessary” both parties are seeking and will achieve the same outcome… Control of everything in our lives… Its time for Americans to push back and hard!

  • Conservachick

    I think electrowoman is correct.
This is what NARAL is up to in my state.
    http://www.prochoicewisconsin.org/action/alerts/201203071.shtml
It’s all about intimidation and shutting down conservative speech with these people. Believe me. I know. I live in Wisconsin. This is all we have experienced here from Big Labor and the rest of the left wing since Scott Walker has been elected as our Gov. They will go to any length and use any tactic necessary to regain power. I can only pray that more people have their eyes open. It is a tough battle we have ahead of us.

  • Jackosan

Don’t get your panties in a wad . The rinos will cry and weep and worry but are to lazy, weak and stupid to make any effort at all. Now would you please shut the hell up and vote for Romney like you are told to !! I didn’t leave the Republican party , It left me .

  • Peggy R

    FYI Jim and Readers:

Here is the FCC page for filing complaints by consumers. There is an option for telemarketing, donot call lists…

    http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

We have not received any of these calls in IL-12. I haven’t heard the MM ads on KMOX, where I thought they were going to go. Rush is preempted by Cards baseball exhibition games several days a week. (Rush can be streamed online by KMOX, but I go to good old WMAL.)

  • owl

Thanks for putting up a number Jim. That and a course of action is what is needed.

If I could reach them, my wish is to shake the ELECTED Repubs until their teeth rattle.

If I could reach them and they could hear me, I would scream ‘Either step down or do something” in their ears.

If I could find the money bags of the GOP, I would shake them until some of the coins dropped out to help fight. They are about to shut down talk radio and our ELECTED side can not call a LIAR, a LIAR.

Try it, darn you. Say the word. Whisper it. You can do it. Now, point that word in the direction it deserves, instead of at any Repub that happens to transgress with a sneeze.

Our ELECTED Repubs remind me of Obama. Why? They stand up and condemn, etc, etc any little tiny wheeze done by a Repub but nary a LIAR call to the LIARS. Obama stands up and apologizes for America and condemns any tiny transgression by our country but nary a word against (——————–you fill in the blank).

  • Neo

Remember, if you receive one of these calls, immediately after hanging up dial *59
This will create a log with the phone company of an unwanted call.

  • randtruth

Sounds like a GOP tactic — I’d be surprised if the GOP isn’t behind trying to create a backlash. The GOP perfected this kind of ugliness, after all.

  • randtruth

Women of the 99% sounds like a name invented by a Republican trying to conflate Women with a group that has little support among independents. The GOP Dirty Tricksters strike again!

  • randtruth

Women of the 99% sounds like a name invented by a Republican trying to conflate women who oppose Limbaugh with a group that has little support among independents (the 99%) in an attempt to smear both. The GOP Dirty Tricksters strike again! James O’Keefe, are you behind this?

  • Time

They are desperate. They are are trying every angle, every land line and every cell, regardless who you are affiliated with. They are doing their best to sway your vote, conscious. I along with others are receiving numerous texts from the DNC, trying their best to sway us to their side. Matters none that we are NOT one of them. They continue their robo texts, even though they say we can stop receiving these texts by sending text message back, STOP…It never works, undeliverable. Had our numbers changed to avoid their stalking texts and calls.. Talk about get out the vote. They are forcing people into a vote for dimwits by this robo, stalking….

  • BurmaShave

The video points out the illegal tactics of the robo-callers; but why would the people behind the robo-calls be concerned legal fine points, they are in the business of spreading slanderous lies unconscionably:

    Rush Limbaugh is anti-women? Absurd!
Rush Limbaugh is anti-family?!? These people are insane.
Congressman Lungren is blocking women’s access to birth control coverage? I doubt that.
Congressman Lungren is opposing women’s health care rights? These people are unhinged.

most likely it was authorized by 0bama or someone working for him in his administration.
…..but this don’t even help the dems any….
the amount of robocalls… you get the feeling that the dems are very afraid of this coming election or that they are very desperate at this point to find supporters. *l*

0bama isn’t getting as much in contributions anymore from those that normally contribute to him… so it’s like they’ve detected that the public isn’t thrilled or too happy with what 0bama has done over the past 3 yrs. …and them trying to change it or coerce the citizen’s with robocalls isn’t really having any influence to help their cause.
(in fact… most people would be pretty irked that they’d get robocalls 3-6 times a day with those messeges… enough to take it out on democrats even more.

the voters will return the amount of misery 10-fold to 0bama
as they are getting at the gas pumps with high gas prices… he would really need to do something quick about gas prices if he wants to save his election – cuz the way he is headed: he heads right into what made Jimmy Carter a one termer.

(do liberals even study history? I guess not… cuz 0bama still isn’t allowing drilling on federal lands and refineries I hear have shut down because of the offset of the delays of the keystone pipeline… …so he’ll really pay for that come November.

….that and we just have to see how 0bamacare plays out in the supreme court….
if it stays…. I believe the public will really give dems a thrashing/bloodbath in 2012 – one they will barely be able to recover from.

I recieved a call today, Friday March 23, targeting Mike Fitzpatrick (PA-8). It is the second identical call I have recieved; the first was about 3 weeks ago. The caller ID info, spoofed of course, was “Nevada 702-570-4580”. An attempt to call back that number resulted in the generic “number is not available” message from the telco. Same stuff in the robocall: “We are the women of the 99%, Rush Limbaugh, blah blah blah, we will not be silenced.” I filed an online FCC complaint immediately after the phonecall….

  • apodoca

What the GOP will do is on line #1.

    Line #1 –

That’s what the GOP always does cuz they like to cross the aisle and work with the Commies. Nothing gets in the way of crossing the aisle.

“Give employers the power to deny women access to birth control coverage.” Are these female employees locked in a cage or something?? I think an adult woman could find birth control without her employer needing to pay for it. Democrats…keeping the population poor, dumbed down & feeling entitled…brought to you by the re-elect Obama campaign.

I just sent an email to the GOP. It is time they stand up and fight. I am tired of waiting for counterattack to what the Democrats are doing, legal or illegal. I have been receiving mail asking for my donation, but I will not donate till I see some action and backbone from the RNC. This election is the most important in my lifetime and I want to see the GOP stand up and battle these liberals.

  • Mike

I’d bet anything that Media Matters is behind it.

  • Ernie

Oh, robocalls by repugs are ok! I automatically hang up the phone the SECOND I find out it is a robocall by ANYONE!

  • Texmom

Has anyone yet been able to tie this to Catalist, which you had written about previously? If it’s illegal, wouldn’t they have to release the name of the client?
    More about them blogged here:

  • kathteach

I swear – these illegal robocalls are only the beginning. I know a bunch of folks who truly believe that if Obama loses in the fall (despite his unexamined and un-vetted OPEC campaign dollars funneling in)……he just won’t leave. Seriously. There are folks that think he will just find all kinds of judges to say he just does not have to leave.

You have to give us all a bit of a break because we live in Wisconsin where the Democrat majority was SO pissed off that they lost power in 2010 that they have had like 18 recalls (including the current recall effort against our majority elected Governor Walker) that we are all a bit buggy at the moment.

I live in a state where all the votes I made two years ago are being erased by the Democrats who are staging these recalls.

Wisconsin is ground zero for the answer to this question – can our democratically elected voices count anymore?

I think the lawbreakers (Obama et al) will just keep ignoring Senate Committee subpenas and advancing their ideology in every way and every day they can get away with it.

I have many relatives and friends in Illinois (Noise of the Ill in our Nation) who got ten plus of these calls.

If we do not want to surrender to this notion that the “fix is in”, we better rally around ONE GOP guy and fight like crazy.

  • BurmaShave

“DCCC targeted “Red to Blue” districts?”

    Did you say “DCCC TARGETED”?!?

Oh well. As we all know now Liberals can and do say absolutely anything they want. It is just the rest of us that they want to muzzle, censor, berate, and control. It is not as if they are psychotic, is it? Or is it?

  • razor419

i received a call on 3/8 targeting representative walsh from illinois. i did the only reasonable thing and promptly donated to the congressman’s campaign even though i moved from illinois several years ago. today i called and registered a complaint with the FCC. they, as well as multiple SOS offices have been telling me that political calls are exempt from the laws. when i mentioned that they are not registered and are calling anonymously the waters got murky. so far, nobody has been able to confirm if this is legal. most SOS offices are closed so i’ll be trying again on monday. i’m thinking this violates FEC laws rather than FCC laws, but i could be mistaken.

‘Republican leaders have yet to release a statement on the scandal.’
