Congress Tells Holder to Go !

The number is getting higher and higher. At last count, 85 members of Congress have signed a resolution or expressed their support for booting Holder out. More are expected to join them.

Arizona Republican Rep. Paul Gosar’s office announced on Thursday morning that it has 75 cosponsors on its House of Representatives resolution of “no confidence” in Attorney General Eric Holder’s ability to serve.
Between the 59 congressmen demanding that Holder resign and those who have signed onto Gosar’s resolution, there are now a total of 85 members of Congress who don’t trust Holder in his office.
“Impeach Holder” movements are gaining momentum around the country.
The ever-widening tragic scandal of Fast and Furious continues to bring bad news about the flawed operation. Was it to boost support for gun control? Did they help the cartels launder money in addition to selling them illegal arms? Are they covering up their complicity? At what level of government were the decisions made or approved ?
The mainstream media have circled their wagons around the White House and the Department of Justice, but the disclosures and the emails just keep leaking out.
Will Holder listen? Or will he stonewall while he continues to pack the DOJ with lefty lawyers that will take years to root out?
Nero fiddled while Rome burned. Holder picks his nose.

Congress may very welll tell Holder to go, but this administration and those who work for it have a track record of ignoring and actively marginalizing Congress. Holder will not voluntarily leave unless Barry gets pressure to rev up the bus to throw Holder under.

The entire administration is thinking/praying that if they can hold it together until November they can make it go away. Think mass shredding and document burning. “Fast and Furious” is not the only scandal, it’s just the biggest one we know about. Holder is in Blago’s shoes at this point. He has fingers on all the triggers to bring down Obama nation. They had better have something serious over his head to keep him from talking.
The best Obama can hope for is that Holder continues to play the game even if he goes to prison.

As far as I am concerned, Obama’s failure to fire Holder ought to be a campaign issue.
Obama can’t find anybody better for US Attorney General than a person
1) who doesn’t read his memos
2) who is willing to sue a state over legislation without knowing what is in the legislation
3) who enforces election laws only on the basis of the “right” skin color
If Obama can’t find a better lawyer than this to represent him as President, he needs to be fired.

Here’s a list of names of those calling for Holder’s resignation. If your representative isn’t on it, you might want to politely ask why. Obviously, Democrats will lag on this one, but it doesn’t hurt to tell them why Holder should be removed from office, so that they will at least refrain from resisting.

Anyone who cites Holder as a legal authority has to supply dogs to the likes of Michael Vick, chase ambulances, or be an ex Treasurer from Nigeria.

He not only needs to resign or be impeached, he needs to be prosecuted for all of the laws he’s broken, including being an accessory to murder of two Federal Agents, and over 200 other deaths. I think the son of Malcolm X needs to be removed also. After all, he has been lying about his identity in addition to being one of the masterminds of Fast and Furious. He’s not a president, he’s never been. Calling him that, doesn’t change that fact. He’s in charge of a crime syndicate.

Holder is in violation of a hoard of EPA regs prohibiting mining, drilling, or otherwise recovering natural resources for personal use. Jail him now!

I’m going to take an opposite tack here. Keep Holder on the job and keep up the investigations and hearings. In other words give the guy as much rope as he needs to hang himself. The total bulk of lies, self contradictory statements and coverups can only increase. One hopes that Holder’s trail of guilty little bread crumbs will lead directly to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, or maybe even the State Department. Let this pot come to a boil by about next July.

More than asking for his resignation, the GOP should be demanding a criminal prosecution. Let Holder squirm and rack up millions in legal bills like Scooter Libby and John Yoo, two mention only two, did during the Democrat witch-hunts of the Bush years.
Ditto John Corzine. Put him in a cell until he remembers what he did with the $1.2 billion.

Last week Obama said he had full confidence in Holder. The following day Holder was once again telling more lies to congress. Issa told him,” The President my have confidence in you, but I have no confidence in a president that has confidence in YOU”. I think that pretty much says it all. Holder is the most sinister, evil, AG this nation has ever seen. The reality is this administration is just as sinister and corrupt as Holder. This operation could not have progressed without Obama’s knowledge. They should both be impeached.

The corruption of this administration is beyond belief, but Congress won’t do anything about it. They may get Holder to leave, but that leaves the rest of the criminals still driving America to the edge of destruction. If the decent, patriotic people of this Nation were to rise up maybe something could be done, but the logistics of that still baffle me. How can WE take these people out?
The military is the only way I can see to purge this administration. They are sworn to defend the People of this Nation against enemy’s, foreign AND DOMESTIC, RIGHT??

Nothing in government gets done without approval. It would be impossible for the State Department, Homeland Security, FBI, DEA, Border patrol, Treasury and BAFTE to cooperate in an operation that violates US law without the express approval of the Attorney General and at least tacit approval of the President.
Stuart is absolutely right. We need Holder to stay as AJ right up to the election. Poster boy for the culture of corruption.
