The Return of the Goon Squad–
Top democratic prosecutors in St. Louis announced in September 2008 that they would threaten and prosecute critics of Barack Obama.
St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce and St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch threatened to bring libel charges against those who spoke out falsely against Barack Obama.
The goon squad members even talked about it on TV…

Evidently these two brilliant lawyers hadn’t ever heard of the landmark Supreme Court case of NY Times v. Sullivan. In that case the Warren Court decided that public figures are, in effect, fair game. That’s because in addition to proving that a statement is false, when the person being libeled is a public figure they also have to prove those spreading the falsehood did so out of “actual malice”. Since the Warren Court ruling not a single public figure has managed to meet the actual malice test in court, although a few cases have been settled out of court.

Didn’t turning in dissenters happen in Nazi Germany and Communist Russia? Wasn’t it what the government asked the citizenary to turn in people they knew or overheard who were talking down on the government or the President of the country or the officials? Isn’t that where we heard the term “double speak”, where the government said one thing but it meant another, but the people turned it around on the government and would be sitting at a table in a resturant and would be speaking in secret language to each other? Are we living in a fascist state now? Are we living in a nation state which has secret police walking around listening to people, and paying spies to sneak around and turn in their friends and family for saying things bad about the President?
What these two lawyers are doing is called illegal, and a violation of our 1st Amendment rights to “free speech”. The government cannot put limits on what we say, or who we talk about because if they do it’s in violation of our freedom of speech rights. We can say anything we want about the President so long as it’s not making threats to his person, or conspirisy to kill him or something like that. Everybody knows that you don’t go make threats to hurt or kill any representatives or the President. But other than that, we can say anything we want about the President or anything including the government. Obama is a member of the First Party which is a combining of the Socialist Party USA, and the Communist Party USA so that Obama could run as a Democrat and not be suspected as being something other than a member of the Party of the “little man”. That party died a long time ago when Roosevelt brought in all his liberal, Socialist friends to run the government. That’s when the Democrat Party started dematerializing and transforming into the Socialist Party. Nancy Pelosi is a member of the Socialist Democrat Party and you can look it up. She needs to resign from the “Democrat” Party and run for office in her real party she is an actual member of and that is she ought to run for office under the Socialist Democrat Party and see if America is ready for that.
The way the liberals have done the destruction of the country was, they have moved very slowly and methotically a little at a time, judging whether or not America was accepting of what they were presenting to America’s people. If it turned out that there was to much opposition, liberals would back off until later, when they would introduce whatever again, but slowly so that the people wouldn’t know what was happening to them. It’s the ‘ol frog in the boiling water deal. Obama’s election was one of those things liberals/Socialist/Marxist were trying to pull over on the American people, and the people didn’t lift a finger to put a stop to it. It may be too late to stop all this movement the left has made in taking this country from us. They may have established far to much reconstructed government and society for us to have a place left to take back. That may be gone and we don’t know it yet, but will find out when we try to find it so we can put it back in it’s place. It may already be gone, or reshaped/reconstructed in such a way we wouldn’t recognize it looking right at it.
Obama wants American’s to spy on other American’s and turn in their names, email addresses and what it was they said or did. This is Nazi-ism if there ever was such a thing. Just ask anyone who was in Germany through the war and they will probably tell you that it was just like it is here in America. I know that there are people who have come from Communist countries and they have said that this is the methods used by the Communist Party to keep people from getting to much power or people behind a wave of dissent that could cause the government some trouble they couldn’t get rid of. They don’t want that, and neither does Obama or any of the Democrats because they know what they are doing is wrong, and unconstitutional and want to get things reconstructed so we can’t get rid of it anytime soon. They aren’t afraid of the Constitution but they know that they can be put in prison by violating the document. It still has that much power. That is what the liberals are working on and that is getting rid of it so that it will be their word that is law and not the Constitution.
Liberals want our nation to be run by a “legislative” form of government, and not a Constitutional form of government. Their form of government I call “legislative” because what they would do is just make up law as they went along, by legislation, and not according to what the Constitution said had to be done. If they had a country that was run by legislature then if somebody tried to vote a representative out of office because they were a crook, then the liberals could legislate that kind of reason to throw that representative out of office. If you dug up some crime that man did, liberals would make law that would say you couldn’t use that evidence as a reason to vote him out of office. It’s sorta that way now, but not entirely since Obama just tries to cover up all this bad deeds. He would use lawyers to protect him from this sort of thing to get rid of him since he has committed so many crimes he could be impeached right now, but these lawyers keep the public far enough away to keep him safe for right now.
