Wow!… Andrew Breitbart Destroys Horrid Leftist Max Blumenthal at CPAC (Video)

Breitbart Confronts Horrible Leftist Crank Max Blumenthal at CPAC–
Twitter was buzzing this afternoon after this confrontation in the hallways at CPAC.
Larry O’Connor at Big Journalism just posted the report:
A funny thing happened on the last day of CPAC. Max Blumenthal, recently corrected and embarrassed “journalist” from Salon.com paraded through the convention with a camera crew. Like last year, he was looking for a confrontation of some kind. I’m not sure what Max uncovered in his fact-finding mission, but I know that as he was leaving, a confrontation found him.
Max Blumenthal was confronted by Andrew Breitbart and Larry O’Connor the lobby of the Marriot Hotel at CPAC2010.As luck would have it, Andrew Breitbart was walking in the front door of the Wardman Park Marriott Hotel at the exact moment Blumenthal was walking out. Breitbart took this opportunity to address his beef with Blumenthal head-on and assailed Blumenthal for his attempt to link James O’Keefe to white supremacists.
Toward the end of the conversation, Blumenthal says to Breitbart that he did not call anybody any names. At this moment I jumped into the fray and challenged him on the point. I reminded him that he had, in fact, called O’Keefe a racist. Blumenthal attempted to deny it, but as you can see from the video, he was only able to stick to that story for so long.
I’d say Andrew does not care much for poor Max.

I was going to warn you that Andrew is going to come across as a hothead if he keeps confronting people this way, and then I went and read that nasty piece at Salon at the link you kindly provided.
Max Blumenthal has done a vile thing, and he deserves to be humiliated for it.
Any time this matter is discussed, it will be necessary to include the link to the original article by Mr. Blumenthal, because normal people will not readily assume that the article was really that bad.

Breitbart needs to cool it some; he came across as belligerent and abusive in this one. If only the first half of the clip is viewed, and trust me when I say it will be cut and viewed that way, Breitbart will end up looking like the bad guy.
Larry O’Connor, otoh, handled the Blumenthal idiot well, forcing a confession from him. If I were Breitbart, I’d present only that portion of the clip.

Yes, the rotten apple did not fall far from the tree. If you remember, Max’s daddy Sid Vicious Blumenthal was summoned to testify at the Grand Jury Hearing investigation of Bill Clinton. It was shown later that Blumenthal testified under oath, then met with reporters and lied about what he was asked and lied about what answers he gave. He gives snakes a bad name.

Well said by both men, but it won’t affect Max very much. He knows fully well he is a lying leftist hack. His audience doesn’t mind that he is a lying leftist hack, and if by some miracle Max should ever stop being a lying leftist hack, they would desert him in a minute in favor of some other lying leftist hack who didn’t show the weakness of having any scruples.

To Jo #26, re: “curiously pale”: It’s funny how the Dems will adopt people as “black” according to the one-drop rule when it suits them. People who are at most half black, and who may have been raised by their white mother and/or white grandparents, can be claimed as “black” if they follow the Dem-left line.
OTOH, people of African descent who would have a hard time finding any white ancestors in their genealogy are considered not authentically black if they don’t have the “correct” opinions. Then the Dems say that conservatives are “racist” on the ground that any blacks who agree with conservatives cannot be considered actually “black.”
I guess you can make an argument like that if you’re a really smart “intellectual” on the left.
