The U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) on Friday night released an AI video showing Santa Claus deporting illegal immigrants.
In the video, Santa Claus is wearing his iconic red velvet suit, accompanied by a bulletproof vest that reads “ICE” and is seen arresting and processing illegal aliens.
Later in the video, Jolly Old Saint Nick is seen loading up the illegal immigrants on a plane to be deported.
A caption accompanying the video reads, “AVOID ICE AIR AND SANTA’S NAUGHTY LIST! Self-deport today with the CBP Home app, earn $3,000 and spend Christmas at home with loved ones.”
The video concludes with “Merry Christmas.”

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement released a new video pretending to show Santa Claus rounding up illegal migrants — warning them to leave voluntarily before they end up on the naughty list.
The holiday-inspired clip, which was blasted out on X late Monday, features a buff Father Christmas clad in a red bulletproof ICE vest cuffing an undocumented migrant on the street.
Santa then processes the illegal alien at a federal facility before loading him onto an “ICE Air” plane to be deported.
The grim festive message hammered home Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s announcement earlier on Monday of a special $3,000-a-pop “home for the holidays” incentive to urge illegal migrants to self-deport by Dec. 31.
Users on X had mixed reactions to the video.
One user wrote, “Deport them all, Santa.”
Another wrote, “Would Santa be deported? Santa is Turkish. Enters the U.S. without legal authorization to do so. In other words, Santa is an illegal immigrant.”
“Just stop this, or never talk about the war on Christmas again. This is evil,” added another user.
CBS reported that the estimated average cost to arrest, detain, and remove an illegal immigrant is around $17,000, so the offer of $3,000 will save taxpayers.
