Structure Fire Breaks Out at Disney’s EPCOT Theme Park (VIDEOS)

A fire broke out at Disney World’s Epcot theme park in Florida on Saturday.

According to a Walt Disney World spokesperson, the fire was reportedly caused by a walk-in cooler backstage at the France Pavilion.

Thick black smoke was visible across the park and prompted the evacuation of the France Pavillion.

The Reedy Creek Fire Department, which serves Walt Disney World, responded to the blaze and quickly extinguished it.

No injuries or significant structural damage were reported, but the cause of the fire remains under investigation.

This marks the second fire-related evacuation at EPCOT in recent years, after a 2024 incident at The Land Pavilion where a fire alarm triggered the evacuation of nearby attractions.
