Congressman Scott Perry (R-PA) joined Rose Unplugged to discuss the backstory to the delay in confirming Kevin McCarthy as House Speaker.

Rep. Perry was one of the Republican ‘rebels’ who refused to vote for McCarthy and forced him to concede to their demands.

Thanks to the 20 holdouts, the lawmakers were able to negotiate a new rules package.
