This video was shot on Kennsington Avenue in Philadelphia and posted back in August 2021. It is both searing and sickening.

This was filmed in one of America’s great cities.

Instead of trying to clean up this scourge, our legislators are voting to send an additional 40 Billion dollars to . Yeah, that makes sense.
