A California teacher was caught on camera physically assaulting a student and dragging him out of the classroom for not wearing a mask.
The shocking incident took place at Apple Valley High School in Apple Valley.

The Apple Valley Unified School District issued a statement on Wednesday saying that outside authorities have been notified, though they did not name the teacher or comment on his employment status.
“We have been made aware of a video circulating on social media of a student and staff member at AVHS. At this time, AVUSD is investigating the incident and appropriate outside agencies have been notified. All investigations are confidential. We cannot comment on active investigations. Appropriate actions will be taken based on the California Penal Code and/or Education Code violations,” the statement said.
