Who did it better – Joe Biden or Ricky Bobby?

At Thursday’s CNN ‘town hall’ Joe Biden said and did numerous bizarre things. One item we’ve already noted was when Biden raised his arms and clenched his fists during the event and held them bizarrely in place for several moments.
