Brophy College Preparatory, a private Catholic, Jesuit school in Phoenix, Arizona, has mandated jabs for all students despite the new law in Arizona banning COVID-19 mandates on campus.
This new mandate is similar to the guidelines set in place by ASU which also required the unvaccinated to receive a regular COVID test. Ducey signed an executive order banning these practices at “public universities”.

But, it appears there is a loophole in the language he used.
His son currently attends Brophy and in July 2020, Doug was caught maskless at a graduation party, while the state still had mask mandates in place. Later on July 17th, he cited graduation parties as a cause for the spread of COVID.
It is clear that he has a relationship with this Private academy, their donors, as well as his donors.
Why did he include that language in the bill?

This school is now mandating vaccines and proof of vaccination, otherwise, students are subject to invasive and discriminatory restrictions to include regular testing and excluding them from overnight retreats and field trips outside of the city.
If the vaccine works, then why do we still have these restrictions in place?
Brophy proclaims to be a Catholic, Jesuit school.
