Joe Biden on Friday virtually met with governors to discuss the wildfire season.
At one point an aide walked over to Biden and handed him a note.
After the staffer gave Biden a note that said, “Sir, there’s something on your chin,” Biden wiped his chin…then put whatever was on his chin in his mouth.
This guy has the nuclear codes.
