Creepy Joe Leans Forward and Whispers Into Microphone: “I Think It’s Time to Give Ordinary People a Tax Break… No I Mean It” (VIDEO)

Joe Biden traveled to La Crosse, Wisconsin on Tuesday to deliver remarks on his infrastructure bill and it was a total dumpster fire.

Biden told the debunked story about the Amtrak conductor named Angelo who used to grab his cheek.

Then he leaned forward and whispered into the microphone.

It appears Biden’s handlers have told him not to be so creepy so he tempered his whisper a little bit.

“I think it’s time to give ordinary people a tax break. The wealthy are doing fine. No, I mean it,” Biden said.
