The Wuhan Institute of Virology or another Wuhan research center may have been the source of the release of COVID-19, but they are only cogs in a giant People’s Liberation Army (PLA) biowarfare wheel.
There is a vast biological warfare complex in Jilin Province near the North Korean border, particularly in and around the city of Changchun.
It was the incubator if not the actual birthplace of COVID-19.
Based on an examination of Chinese-language documents and scientific publications, we believe that the Military Veterinary Research Institute, the Institute of Zoonotic Diseases in Changchun, and PLA-controlled laboratories in Jilin Province, led by General Ningyi Jin and retired General Xianzhu Xia, are core elements of China’s biowarfare program.
Within that core are the laboratory of Molecular Virology and Immunology, the Military Genetic Engineering Key Laboratory, the Jilin Province Recombinant Vaccine Research and Development Engineering Center, and an Animal Biosafety Level 3 testing facility, both a stationary and a mobile unit.
Biao He from the Military Veterinary Research Institute and Changjun Wang of the PLA Eastern Theater Command in Nanjing isolated the bat coronaviruses ZC45 and ZXC21, claimed by Chinese whistleblower Dr. Li-Meng Yan to be the viral backbones for COVID-19.
Those and other potential COVID-19 backbones were harvested and underwent experimentation in the Changchun and Jilin Province biowarfare facilities.
At least four subordinates of Ningyi Jin and Xianzhu Xia have been engaged in a massive domestic and international virus collection effort for over eight years: Biao He, Quanshui Fan, Changchun Tu, and Zhiqiang Wu.
The virus samples collected number in the thousands.
All the capabilities for producing COVID-19 were already in place in the Changchun and Jilin Province facilities by 2015 and that capability was demonstrated in a single scientific publication.
The authors used “gain of function” by genetic engineering, viral reassortment to capture the ideal functionality of different viruses, and serial passaging in animal models to “pre-adapt” a virus for maximal infectivity and lethality.
Chuan Qin is considered by many as China’s national expert on animal models and serial passaging.
A number of U.S.-based or funded scientists have been directly collaborating with the PLA Military Veterinary Research Institute, all supported by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases or other U.S. government departments.
They include Stanley Pearlman of the University of Iowa, Pei-Yong Shi (2021) and Vineet Menachery (October 2020) of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Linfa Wang of the Duke University-National University of Singapore, Martha Stokes of the Biological Threat Reduction Program, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (February 2021) and Scott McVey of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
The debate about the origin of COVID-19 is over. It was made in a laboratory, the Military Veterinary Research Institute likely being instrumental in that process.
There are two tasks remaining.
First, to identify the exact methods used and the timeline involved in the creation of COVID-19 and the PLA members involved.
Second, to expose all the U.S.-based or funded scientists that helped the PLA do it.
