UPDATE… Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Communications Director Says Rep. Eric Swalwell Attempted to Physically Intimidate Him

Rep. Eric Swalwell chased down a staffer for Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and attempted to physically intimidate him.

The Chinese-spy loving congressman also fired off profanities during the heated exchange.

Nick Dyer, Communications Director for Greene, tells the Gateway Pundit that it all started over him reminding the congressman that he can take off his mask.

“At the top of the steps, I cordially and jovially said ‘Congressman, Biden said you can take off your mask’ as we walked by. I did not yell. I did not tell him to take his mask off,” Dyer explained. “He then chased me inside, aggressively leaned into me, got inches from my face and said ‘Don’t tell me what to f-cking do.’ It was actual verbal assault with an attempt at physical intimidation.”

Swalwell then continued his temper tantrum on Twitter, claiming that Dyer had bullied him for wearing a mask.

“I had a mask on as I stepped off the Floor. An aide with @mtgreenee yelled at me to take my mask off. No one should be bullied for wearing a mask. So I told the bully what I thought of his order. Predictably, he went speechless. I regret I wasn’t more explicit,” Swalwell wrote.

Greene promptly defended Dyer on Twitter, writing that Swalwell “aggressively approached my staffer, got inches from his face, and verbally assaulted him.” She added that “he totally lost control in front of me and Capitol Police.”
