What Happened to $16 Million Georgia’s Secretary of State’s Office Received Before the 2020 Election?

Before the 2020 Election, some very strange moves took place within the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office.  Why were these made and what happened to the millions in grants the office received?

We know that Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has a propensity to not tell the truth:

Georgia’s Corrupt Republican Leadership Gave Joe Biden Win By Less Than 12,000 Votes – Yet 460,000 Drop Box Ballots STILL MISSING Chain of Custody Documentation Required by Law

We also know Raffensperger’s main man, Gabe Sterling, also has problems with the truth:

Of course, Raffensperger and Sterling were involved in giving the state of Georgia to Joe Biden by 11,000 votes when still to this day, over 350,000 ballots were counted where their legally required chain of custody documentation is still missing (which makes them invalid):

Five Months Since the Election, Georgia Still Lacks Legally Required Chain of Custody Documentation on 355,000 Votes (Most All Likely for Joe Biden)

We don’t know why Raffenssperger and Sterling are not being honest about the results in Georgia.  But we do know that the state received millions in grants before the 2020 Election and we don’t really know where it all went. For example, it was reported that the state received $11 million in COVID relief for the election through the Secretary of State’s office.

As we noted in the post below, the contact person at the end of the letter is Gabriel Sterling, who was appointed the COO of the Secretary of State’s office by Brad Raffensperger, the brand new SoS, shortly after Raffensperger was elected to the position in November 2018. Raffensperger’s predecessor was Brian Kemp, who had just been elected Georgia’s governor. Sterling, as COO, would be in charge of budgetary, human resources and administrative operations for the Secretary of State’s office. Sterling, strangely, has also been referred to, in multiple, recent media accounts, as Georgia’s “Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager.”

In the April 15 letter, Sterling lists a private gmail account address as his email account. The letter states: “If you have any questions about this request please contact our Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager, Gabriel Sterling, at [email protected].” Why wouldn’t Raffensperger refer the EAC to his COO, the employee in charge of budgetary issues for the SoS’s office?  Why, instead, send them to Sterling as Georgia’s “Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager”? Well, it turns out Sterling ALSO has his own LLC called Sterling Innovative Solutions, with the “Registered Agent” listed is Robert Gabriel Sterling.

As noted in the post below there are a number of questions about this $11 million and Raffensperger and Sterling’s connections to it.

Whatever Happened to the $11 Million Given to Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for COVID Relief?

Another example, Mark Zuckerberg from Facebook gave millions to his charity which in turn gave millions to swing states.  Georgia received $5 million in ‘Zuckerbucks’ and Raffensperger’s office says they spent it on ‘public service announcements’ and similar activities.

HUGE: Maricopa County Was Given $3 Million of ‘Zuckerbucks’ Before Election But No One Knows Who Received It and What It Was Used For!

This too may lead back to Sterling. We also know that Sterling and Raffensperger signed off on the state’s contract with Dominion in 2019 and Sterling signed as the COO for the Sec. of State’s office which was obtained through a FOIA request.

Gabe Sterling on LinkedIn claims he is now the COO (again) and CFO of the Sec. of State’s office.  (It is against the state’s policies and procedures for him to be both COO and CFO at the same time.)  Before this, he was the Voting Systems Implementation Manager, and before that he was COO.

Sterling’s work before joining the Sec. of State’s office involved things like ‘advertising’.  He appears to have been in activities related to press releases for political campaigns as far back as 1996:

At Landmark, Sterling was involved in all sorts of campaign activities, like advertising.

The AJC reports about Sterling’s odd employment situation in December 2020:

The man who oversees Georgia’s voting system, Gabriel Sterling, negotiated a $200,000 per year contract for himself last year, quit his state government job and has worked as an independent contractor ever since…

…The secretary of state’s office awarded the contract to Sterling under an emergency procurement without a competitive bidding process, said Deputy Secretary of State Jordan Fuchs.

Jordan Fuchs, noted above, is connected to Raffensperger’s lie about his call with the President:

Georgia Official Jordan Fuchs Is Totally Cool with Lying to Far Left WaPo About President’s Phone Call in Hit on Trump

Why did Sterling go to a contract employee status?  Was this to launder funds?  Who and what firm handled the public service announcements?  Were these firms related to individuals with Secretary of State duties?  Where did the $11 million go?  Was there more money involved in the Dominion contract with the state?  Has anyone performed an investigation or sought the truth behind these events?  Where are the members of the Republican Senate and House in Georgia?  Why are they not looking into this?  We know the FBI and US DOJ will never look into anything that might damage Joe Biden, so is there anyone in the state of Georgia who will address this?  Will Sterling be able to continue as COO and CFO (Sterling is not a CPA) even though it’s prohibited per state policies and procedures?  Where is justice in Georgia?

In summary, we know Raffensperger and Sterling are known to embellish the truth.  We also know they gave the state to Joe Biden and included more than 350,000 invalid ballots to do so.  We also know they had millions coming their way before the 2020 election.  A serious investigation needs to take place that will independently audit the actions of these individuals and the money that passed their way before the 2020 election.
