Texas Wins First Lawsuit Against Administration within 6 Days of Biden Inauguration, Trump-Appointed Judge Halts His Illegal Deportation Freeze

Last week Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration for its illegal deportation freeze.

Biden signed an Executive Order last Wednesday putting a “temporary” 100-day freeze on deportations of illegal aliens.

Joe Biden put illegal aliens over taxpaying American citizens in his quest to destroy the US.

Paxton demanded Acting Secretary of Department of Homeland Security David Pekoske immediately rescind its “illegal, unconscionable deportation freeze.”

“Border states like Texas pay a particularly high price when the federal government fails to faithfully execute our country’s immigration laws,” Paxton wrote.

Texas was the first state to sue the Biden Admin and AG Paxton won in under a week.

Biden took a loss within 6 days of his inauguration.

US District Judge Drew Tipton, a Trump appointee, temporarily blocked Biden’s policy.

“This was a seditious left-wing insurrection. And my team and I stopped it,” Texas AG Ken Paxton said.
