A man was filmed throwing a lit firework at a sleeping homeless man in Harlem.
“It’s unclear exactly when the horrifying incident occurred, but cop sources told the Post it occurred on Lenox Avenue near West 113th Street in Harlem,” the New York Post reports.
Democrat run cities have become lawless and dangerous in recent weeks as politicians attempt to pander to the Black Lives Matter movement and their supporters.

After the large firework exploded in the man’s face, someone off camera can be heard giggling.
