Former US Attorney Joe diGenova and his wife Victoria Toensing were on the radio with Dr. Sabastian Gorka. They discussed many things, but most important were the acts of ‘evil, evil’ Rod Rosenstein and the Mueller team who used the DOJ like a terrorist operation.
Joe diGenova and his wife Victoria Toensing were on with Dr. Sebastian Gorka and they discussed the Roger Stone case, the recent Presidential pardons and the General Flynn case. Gorka,who served as a Deputy Assistant to the President in the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump, asked probing questions as diGenova tore apart the Obama DOJ and the current holdovers from Obama.

diGenova: Rod Rosenstein was really an evil, evil person and he created this monster by appointing Mueller. And then what Mueller did was, they came in to get the President impeached. This was not a legitimate criminal investigation.
Gorka: And it was crucial to take down Mike Flynn first, wasn’t it? The guy who knew the swap.
diGenova: Yeah, they had to. Because they had to make everybody fear. This is what we call the ‘In terrorem‘ prosecution philosophy. When you use prosecution as a terror weapon, in order to frighten people in order to get them to give up their rights. And that’s exactly what happened.
