More Than 15,000 People Sign Petition for President Trump to Pardon Roger Stone
More than 15,000 people have signed a petition calling for President Donald Trump to pardon Roger Stone.
Stone was railroaded for supporting the president and was convicted on seven counts of lying to Congress, witness tampering and obstruction last week.
“We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the President of the United States grant a full and unconditional pardon to Roger Jason Stone Jr.,” the Change.org petition reads.

Likewise, an official White House petition has gained nearly 10,000 signatures.
President Trump himself has called out the double standard at play in Stone’s case.
….A double standard like never seen before in the history of our Country?

“So they now convict Roger Stone of lying and want to jail him for many years to come. Well, what about Crooked Hillary, Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, Shifty Schiff, Ohr & Nellie, Steele & all of the others, including even Mueller himself? Didn’t they lie?” the president tweeted following the verdict. “A double standard like never seen before in the history of our Country?”
