Rep. Liz Cheney
The text of the Democrat impeachment resolution was released Tuesday afternoon and it further confirmed the Democrats are attempting to remove Trump via a coup under the guise of impeachment.
According to the impeachment resolution, ranking member of the House Intel Committee Devin Nunes (R-CA) can only issue subpoenas, call in witnesses and introduce evidence with Democrat Chairman Adam Schiff’s permission.
Under normal impeachment proceedings, Minority members of the committees would have equal subpoena power and they would be able to call in witnesses.
This sham impeachment process is denying the President due process and denying the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, Devin Nunes the right to call in his own witnesses.
Republican lawmakers came out Tuesday afternoon and blasted the Democrats’ latest attempt to legitimize their sham impeachment inquiry.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Tuesday said Pelosi and Schiff have turned the House Intelligence Committee into the impeachment committee.
Speaker Pelosi and Chairman Schiff have turned the House Intelligence Committee into the Impeachment Committee.
It appears they are more concerned with removing President Trump from the White House than they are with removing terrorists from the battlefield.

House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) called Schiff’s and Pelosi’s efforts a “Soviet-style process” completely denying Trump and Republican lawmakers due process.
Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) blasted the impeachment resolution as a wasted opportunity because the Democrats are not providing any transparency with regards to the transcripts.
Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY) said the goal of the impeachment resolution was to preclude the President’s counsel from asking questions of witnesses and to preclude Republicans from being able to call any witnesses.
