Ever since he played “Lieutenant Dan” in the Hollywood hit “Forrest Gump,” actor Gary Sinese has made helping veterans a big part of his life.
He’s traveled the world entertaining the men and women in the military, hitting USO events and performing with the Lt. Dan Band.
Because of his humanitarian work with troops, Sinese has even been named an honorary U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and an honorary Marine by the Commandant of the Marine Corps. Year after year, the Gary Sinese Foundation raises more than $30 million for the troops, with much of the money going to build smart homes for the disabled.
In the video below, released Monday, Sinese is asked to sit down and watch a video on a laptop. His reaction is priceless.
