Antifa Terrorist Who Attacked Bus At Portland Protest Faces Riot, Assault and Weapon Charges — Bond Set at $500,000

Alexander Gorman Dial, the antifa thug who is best known for throwing a hammer at a Trump supporter in a bus while wearing a shirt that reads “Beta Cuck 4 Lyfe” is now facing a second set of felony charges related to his actions during the August 17th protests in Portland.

Alexander Dial was initially arrested on charges of Attempted Assault in the Second Degree and Unlawful Use of a Weapon and released on his own recognizance.

He would later be indicted on a plethora of charges, arrested again, face another set of charges, and he’s now been re-booked with a bond of over $500,000 total.

He’s now officially been indicted again. KOIN6 reports:

Alexander Dial was indicted by a 7-person grand jury Tuesday on a felony riot charge along with 2nd- and 4th-degree assault plus using a stun gun, tear gas or mace, the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office said.

The indictment alleges he engaged “in tumultuous and violent conduct” that “created a grave risk of causing public alarm,” that he used a dangerous weapon to hurt someone and that he “recklessly discharged” a stun gun.

The DA’s office said this is a separate criminal complaint from his previous charges.

The official Multnomah District attorney press release from September 3rd reads:

Today, Multnomah County District Attorney Rod Underhill announced the filing of a four-count indictment against 37-year-old Alexander Dial in connection to the August 17, 2019 mass demonstration in Portland, Oregon.

The indictment charges Dial with one count of felony riot, one count of assault in the second degree, one count of unlawful use of an electrical stun gun, tear gas or mace in the second degree and one count of assault in the fourth degree.

According to the indictment, Dial is accused of unlawfully and knowingly, while participating with five or more others, engaging in tumultuous and violent conduct that intentionally and recklessly created a grave risk of causing public alarm; that he unlawfully, intentionally and knowingly used a dangerous weapon to cause physical injury to another person and that he unlawfully and recklessly discharged an electrical stun gun.

This is a separate criminal case from the conduct alleged in case number 19CR54205.

A Multnomah County grand jury, which is comprised of seven community members selected by the court, has reviewed evidence in this case and has made a legal determination to file the indictment against Dial.

Like in all criminal and civil matters, electronic copies of court documents, which are not subject to a protective order, are available to the public through the Oregon eCourt Information (OECI) system.

No additional information can be released by the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office at this time pursuant to the Oregon State Professional Rules of Conduct.

An indictment is only an accusation of a crime. Dial is innocent unless and until proven guilty.

The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office continues to work with law enforcement to identify and investigate any criminal conduct that occurred during past mass demonstrations. This conduct includes assaults that have been recorded and posted online.

The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office does not prosecute individuals based on their ideologies or affiliations with political or non-political organizations. The District Attorney’s Office will initiate a criminal case following a review of all available evidence and whenever legally and ethically appropriate, pursuant to state law.

The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office encourages anyone with information on the identity of any person observed in criminal behavior during a mass demonstration to contact the Portland PoliceBureau so these cases can be investigated and then sent to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution consideration.

Dial was one of 13 far left wackos who were arrested that day.

Meanwhile, his supporters have raised $15,000 for his legal defense on GoFundMe. They’re actually trying to get the hashtag #betacuck4lyfe to trend. It should be noted that it’s actually against the GoFundMe terms of service to fund raise for legal defense: “Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to use the Services to:….A: Raise funds or establish or contribute to any Campaign with the implicit or explicit purpose of or involving:…  8. campaigns we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in support of, or for the legal defense of alleged crimes associated with hate, violence, harassment, bullying, discrimination, terrorism, or intolerance of any kind relating to race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender or gender identity, or serious disabilities or diseases;”

Note that you can hit the “report fundraiser” link on the page to report it for violation of TOS. GoFundMe routinely removes conservative fund raisers after far left keyboard jockeys mass flag the pages.

MEANWHILE, the hacks at alternative rag Willamette Week have their head in the sand and are doing their best to play cover for the violent antifa terrorists by claiming that *no one knows what political side all of the people who were arrested are on* even though anyone with half a clue knows that all 15 people arrested from that day are affiliated with far left organizations. I guess they don’t want to jump to conclu…. and it’s antifa.
