Speaking at an event for the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2014, former-Vice President Joe Biden asserted that he believes illegal aliens are “already American citizens.”
Biden is expected to announce a 2020 run on Thursday.
In March 2014, Biden said that he believes the 11 million people who snuck into this country are “already Americans.”
“You know, 11 million people live in the shadows. I believe they’re already American citizens,” Biden said. “These people are just waiting, waiting for a chance to contribute fully. And by that standard, 11 million undocumented aliens are already Americans, in my view.”
Biden also voted for Ronald Reagan’s “amnesty” bill that granted legal residency to millions of illegal aliens in 1986.
